Un'ottima residenza, ottima posizione, di fronte al 798.
L'ambiente all'interno è molto buono, il design è particolarmente forte, c'è uno spazio condiviso molto confortevole, c'è uno staff molto gentile, devi vivere a Pechino

Uno dei posti migliori in cui sono stato a Pechino, raramente lascio recensioni ma questo è stato davvero notevole! Avrei dovuto visitare alcune mostre nel distretto 798, quindi ho deciso di alloggiare qui.
Belle camere e spazi comuni, ciò che è ancora più sorprendente sono le persone qui, che si tratti del personale o degli inquilini esistenti, sono tutti davvero ospitali! Quando sono tornato dalle mostre e ho deciso di rilassarmi un po', sono riuscito a parlare con alcuni inquilini qui e guarda in cosa mi sono cacciato! Hahahha una serata al cinema improvvisata, drink e, soprattutto, mi sono trovato dei nuovi amici.
Anche le camere sono relativamente ben progettate, biancheria da letto davvero fantastica, la cosa più importante è che sia davvero pulita! Anche le federe sono personalizzate! ?
Mentre preparavano il cibo mi sono reso conto che la cucina era attrezzata in modo molto professionale; fornelli a induzione e forni convenzionali sono tutti disponibili, peccato non aver avuto modo di usarli.
L'intera atmosfera è stata davvero incredibile, torneremo sicuramente qui! Ciao~

Lo stile è fantastico e i membri dello staff della community sono particolarmente simpatici! Il condizionatore in camera è tutto controllato in modo intelligente, e la sorpresa più piacevole è la fontanella diretta. La cosa migliore è il materasso, che è super confortevole.

A very environmental hotel. ample room for putting my luggage and clothes. toilet is large and the sink is place outside which i prefer, there is also a tap for drinking water which cuts done on plastic use. There is a common living room where i can watch movie via the projector and kitchen where coffee is free.

First time staying in Stey and the experience was fantastic. All the staff communicate attentively and fluently in english, the place is clean, calm and cozy. Certainly comming back. I 100% recommend.

Very cool hotel in the Art District. Check-in is a little different than most hotels but it’s fairly easy. They rooms are great and I love the area.

Good place.
The staff are friendly.
They have washing machines and dryers so you can wash your clothes, you will need your own detergent.
It's about a 10-15 minute walk to wangjing South station and a shopping centre.
There are other small shops nearby the hotel and across the road there's the 798 art zone. It was a former military factory, now shows off art. There are a few cafes and restaurants in and around there.
The room I stayed in didn't have a TV, which is not a problem for me, I'm not sure if all rooms are without TVs but just in case you really want a room with a tv.
I would be happy to stay there again in the future.
