Nice amd comfortable hotel,

The location is great, the place is great and worth to see but the problem was that the hotel was closed, and Ctrip asked at last moment to change hotel but no new voucher trip was sent to me! So When arriving to the location, I could not find in which hotel I should stay! I wasted more than two hours to find finally where I was booked and where was the place running with the luggage from one place to another. No reliable information by phone was given to me. The hotel is permanently closed but still existing on site and taking the booking on Trip site! It is not professionnal at all. I booked a room with balcony and view on mountains and finally when I found my new place, it was just ordinary room without view and without balcony, but Trip.com pretended that it was even more expensive and that they paid the difference. Avoid this booking in thsi hotel as it is simply closed. And now Trip.com still asks me to evaluate teh stay in thsi hotel...

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape. The inn sits amidst rolling hills, and the view of the quaint Gubei Watertown was simply mesmerizing. The interior of the inn was equally impressive. Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, it exuded an inviting charm that made me feel right at home. But what truly set this inn apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the receptionists to the housekeeping team, everyone was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. They were knowledgeable about the area and offered helpful recommendations on places to explore, making our visit even more enjoyable. During our stay, we took advantage of the various activities the inn had to offer, such as hiking trails and boat rides through the Watertown’s waterways. Each excursion allowed us to immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of the surroundings, and it was a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Overall, the Mountain Companion Inn at Gubei Watertown is a true gem. It seamlessly blends modern comfort with the tranquility of nature, offering an ideal retreat for those seeking a serene getaway. Awesome location, peaceful and close to everything. Great room with big terrace facing the Great Wall. Good service and nice staff.

房間設施可以，衞生不錯，環境還行。不過這次趕上早上停水停電，抹黑洗漱，抹黑吃早飯，自己用手機照亮，酒店沒有一句抱歉的話。另外酒店自己沒有温泉，要到其它温泉泡，不方便。再有酒店有泳池結果被告知檢修，要到其他酒店游泳，後來發現酒店泳池正常，經過我們的交涉，可以使用了。另外，因房間停水停電打電話向前台瞭解情況，一直聯繫不上，有問題衹能自己去前台問，感覺不太好。

非常不錯的古北住宿體驗。伴山居有自己的接駁車，我們辦完住宿之後拿着一張黃色收據作為景區接駁車的車票，坐到日月島。走幾步到長城書社那片空地，然後給酒店前台打電話，會有酒店的接駁車來接。 爸媽非常喜歡，酒店有自己的游泳池，如果感覺自己房間陽台的視角一般，酒店還有自己的一個開放式平台供住客觀賞晚上的無人機表演。角度非常清晰，我們家看了7:30和8:30兩場。短短一天一夜的古北之旅，伴山居的所有工作人員都非常耐心非常熱情。下次有機會再見！

還是要給攜程無數個好評，接下來馬爾代夫之旅也會在攜程訂的，雖然這次住古北出現了不愉快的事情，攜程真的有照顧好自己的客户 給了無限誠意，真的把古北水鎮住遍了，一個月就來兩次，這次又沒住到一直想住的酒店，古北的誠意真的有點太一般了，單單個人家庭旅行，都要來20次不止了

第一印象服務員態度特別好好，房間整體木質結構，安靜、乾淨、舒適，適合一家人或者工作忙碌的人週末放鬆，在房間裏就可以看到無人機表演，意外的小驚喜，遺憾的是泳池沒有開放
