A spacious 4 bedroom detached house that sleeps 8 people in a great location - across the road from Nottingham University, close to the Hockey Centre, Tennis Centre and Queen's Medical Centre Hospital. The property is next to the bus and tram stops that goes to Nottingham city centre. The Skylink bus to and from East Midlands airport is also on your doorstep. KFC, Papa Johns, Subway, Greggs and a Co-Op supermarket are all a short walk from the house. Perfect for families or contractors. This versatile property has 3 large and comfortable double bedrooms - the beds can be separated for 2 sharers or linked together for a couple. There is one further smaller bedroom with a double bed. There is a spacious shared bathroom upstairs with both a shower and a bath. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. There is a well-equipped kitchen with everything you would need for a home away from home, a large family-style open-plan living area with two comfortable sofas and a 50” Smart TV and a dining area that overlooks the patio and garden. Double patio doors can be opened to create a gorgeous inside/outside space. Guests have full use of the garden. All beds have crisp white Egyptian cotton bedding and towels to ensure your stay is as comfortable as can be. The whole property is immaculately cleaned professionally between each stay. The property has high-speed WiFi. For young children, there is a travel cot, a removable stair gate (behind the wardrobe upstairs), and a high chair available. Please note these are to be used at the guest's discretion. Access is by keysafe with a code. Details will be sent to you a few days before your stay. There is ample off street parking which might suit families or contractors. Please note this is a NO PARTY house.
