"I’m a solo traveler on my motorbike. This accomodation was more than adequate for my needs. Comfy bed and warm shower.bit I felt I was part of the next door neighbours conversation as the walls seemed very thin and unable to keep any noise down from the other side. The drinks were cold,but the restaurant was closed for a private function the night I stayed so no review for the food side of things. So yes,the stay could have been more enjoyable but it’s a good option if you do choose to stay there."

"In realtà non c'è niente di male con il posto. Bagni erano puliti, letto era comodo e la posizione era grande. Ovviamente le biciclette non possono essere tenute in camera, non ho problemi con questo in alcun modo. C'era una cabina di moto sicura disponibile, ma dato il sito è stato autocontrollato nessuno aveva idea di come accedere alla cabina. Molto povero dato che le biciclette dovevano essere tenute nelle nostre auto durante la notte! Wi-Fi era orribile, la ricezione mobile era povera, la stanza era 2m x 4m e solo un letto. Colazione era cereali, tostapane e caffè. Non c'era latte per cereali o caffè. Era interessante per una notte, ma io andrò da qualche altra parte in futuro."

"Siamo rimasti in una stanza del Re e era piacevole. Recentemente ristrutturato e esteticamente piacevole, il letto era comodo e la stanza era pulita. Solo dalla strada principale a Beechworth, era tranquillo (non si poteva sentire il traffico sulla strada) e un po' in città. BBQ strutture e piscina disponibili per uso in bellissime aree. Parla con il proprietario in check-in e check-out - una persona amichevole e accessibile con fantastici conoscenze della zona. Sicuramente rimarrà!"

"What a wonderful week we had staying in the two bedroom 'apartment' (more like a duplex) at Golden Heritage. The apartment is set at one end of the large motel property, on the other side of the duck pond, away from the standard motel rooms and accessed by an adjoining road (and much cheaper than an airB&B!). We woke to the sound of birdsong and breakfasted on the deck/BBQ area overlooking the pond. Beechworth is a two minute drive from the motel so easy to access for meals when we didn't want to cook for ourselves in the fully kitted-out kitchen (and there's also a laundry and clothesline). Beechworth is a very good central base to explore as far afield as Bright to the southeast or north to Rutherglen and handy to the King Valley (Chrismont has a restaurant as well as cellar door; Politini also worth a visit) in the south. In the past we've stayed in the standard motel rooms and enjoyed the deck with views over the gorge but decided to try the apartment for our longer stay. The motel also has stand-alone cottages with kitchens and spa baths as other accommodation choices. Jo is helpful with suggestions as to wineries or restarants/cafes to visit and even with last-minute accommodation changes! Very highly recommended."

"Per un trattamento di compleanno abbiamo trascorso il fine settimana a Belmont e l'abbiamo usata come base per vincere e cenare attraverso Beechworth. Belmont è stato il luogo ideale per riposare e riposare dopo un grande pasto pub a Tanswells Hotel, pizza e alcune birre artigianali a Bridge Road Brewers, e l'accento del fine settimana - il disgusto del ristorante Provenance. Il confortevole letto e il grande bagno a Belmont si sentono come lo spazio perfetto di lusso da ricarrare, pronto per un altro pasto. Grazie per il buon soggiorno!"
