Premier Inn Bedford South (A421)

Excellent assisted-use wet room. Tired mattress. Insufficient towels and bathroom requirements (no shower gel etc). Door not easy for disabled (no auto-open) but staff were helpful.

The receptionist was very helpful and very friendly went out her way to help me lovely girl sure her name was safynna I had an issue when I come in but she helped me in resolving it with no issue at all. I had a great experience and will definitely visit again

i had a problem with my room and safynna who was at reception helped a lot in trying to resolve my problem. she was very nice and was extremely helpful. my tv was not working and she tried fixing it and it worked. it made my stay much better here thank you very much

Premier Inn itself was good, other than the Ultimate WiFi as part of the Plus room only working for one night then returned an error. Room was quiet and had required facilities. Hotel is severely let down by the linked Brewers Fayre for Breakfast and Dinner.

This is a Premier Plus hotel but because we were only arriving late after work for one evening we opted for standard room which had been updated with nice furniture, walk in shower and the comfiest bed I've slept in, in years but no USB charging sockets so bring your charger. Only criticism is staff were very lukewarm and gave us no information about breakfast or deals, these are in the room and as I stay a few times a year at these hotels, I was aware, perhaps also a look up when people come in and leave.

Prem inn plus rooms are worth the extra , reception staff friendly responsive and helpful , no toilet paper in our room resolved very quickly by front desk team However the breakfasts is a rip off over price. Tepid hot food toaster couldn’t toast toast in a week, coffee area dirty grubby bin on display I felt ripped off .

On arrival, greeted with a smile. Receptionist very helpful. Room had no spare pillows, and toilet paper was sparse and 1 towel for 2 of us.

Firstly this review is 100% genuine. Arrived at hotel, found room was a new upgraded type But....no seating apart from a desk chair...bad smell on carpet and some paint flaking from bathroom paintwork with no heated towel rail.Had to get towels as sometimes they were either too damp or hadn't been put in room. Informed desk receptionist room 112. Sorry to be negative but this isn't good enough for a hotel stay.

Excellent hotel. Staff really friendly and helpful. Nothing is to much trouble. Room was lovely and clean and the beds were super comfy. We were lucky to be the first to try the new sofa beds. Breakfast was nice on the restaurant plenty of choice will definitely be back.
