Originally the Ludlow Schoolhouse #8 in 1830, this home was converted in 1930 & most recently, fully renovated in 2023. You’ll love the new kitchen with granite counters and new appliances. This home boasts four cozy bedrooms, a second floor bonus room with TV, and a dedicated workspace. We provide the coffee & get you started with soaps; linens and towels are also provided. We take great pride in our home, and our cleaning standards are beyond expectation. You’ll love your stay here: far enough away to hear the crickets at night, yet close enough to town for all your needs and attractions. Perfect for our family with grandparents
We stayed for the weekend of Cedarville University’s graduation and were so pleased with our stay. The home is beautiful, exceptionally clean, so tastefully decorated. My parents who were in town from Orange County Ca said they would love to the Midwest if they could live in a house like the schoolhouse. We loved our stay! 10/10 across the board!

Grad weekend
The house is well appointed, clean and comfortable. Worked well as we needed 4 beds for family on graduation weekend. We had a lot going on elsewhere, but wish we had more time to relax and enjoy the home and patio. Loved the history and what they’ve done with it.

Peaceful Country Living
The house was immaculate! Had not stayed in one that was this clean which was marvelous. The location was convenient in proximity to site-seeing. We had a sweet time.

One of the BEST!!
From the moment we walked in, we were in awe of this house. It immediately smelled clean and inviting. The owners thought of everything! The kitchen was fully stocked for any cooking/eating you would want to do! They even supply some basic spices and coffee/tea.There is plenty of onsite parking and the house is conveniently located to get to many places easily. We would definitely return if we are planning to be in the area again. This is a beautiful, clean home that the owners really take pride in!

Awesome property!
Super cute and spacious renovated historical school house. Listing was accurate and informative. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Kasey was easy to communicate with and very helpful! We will be back!

One word: WOW!
What a beautiful place. Clean, comfortable, roomy and beautifully decorated. Well supplied home made a great weekend getaway with our family. Easy drive to Yellow Springs and other nearby attractions. Hosts were easy to communicate with and accommodating. Thanks.

Beautiful Schoolhouse.
Beautiful restoration of an old schoolhouse.
It is decorated so cute. The fire pit area was amazing, it was truly a relaxing and wonderful stay. I can’t think of anything that would have made it any better!
We will definitely stay there again. Thank you to our hosts!
