For families and fun! This Beaver Creek Condo overlooks the ice skating rink in the middle of the beautiful, Bavarian themed, Beaver Creek Village. It is steps away from many restaurants, bars, shopping and, most importantly, the ski hill. The building also has ski in/out accessibility. Perfect, central location for all Beaver Creek events: weddings, Tree Lighting Ceremony, October Fest and your yearly family ski vacation!About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please do not walk on wood floors with ski boots on.
$250 fine if garage keycard is not left in unit.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Ski week
A great week of skiing with our adult children; a party of six. Condo was spacious and every bedroom had a bathroom. A comfortable living room overlooking the outdoor ice skating rink. The kitchen was well stocked. Conveniently located on the Beaver Creek plaza.

A wonderful condo to stay at base off mountain in Beaver Creek Village. One of the nicest ski rental we have ever stayed at, look forward to our next ski vacation at this beautiful condo unit

Amazing Condo in the Village
We travel to BC a few times a year and have always stayed at a family condo in the Osprey which is great but something about being in the village overlooking the ice skating rink with mountains in the backdrop is just magical especially for the children. Bonus... you have a great view from the balcony to enjoy the fireworks. Overall I I can't rate this enough stars as the condo had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay and the host is more than accommodating and very responsive which always makes things more pleasurable. We will be back soon! Thanks again Rachel!

Fantastic stay
Can't miss place with a perfect location -- Spent a holiday week and couldn't have been more impressed with how unit was decorated! Unit was as represented, and was fully stocked with everything you needed for a great week. Would recommend and definitely would rent again --

Family Spring Break
The condo was spacious and well appointed with little things you forget you need. The location cannot be beat- loved watching our kids ice skate from the balcony. ❤️❤️❤️
