The hotel is very cozy. Really nice welcome at reception, had a little box of chocolate as an attention in the room for Valentine's day. Room was small but comfortable. Very clean. Separate bathroom and toilet with very small toilet. Location is ideal with a big private parking. Breakfast had good warm and cold options. The only negative point being the noise level at night. The room got stuff and we had to open the window. Then you heard the noise of the heating system going on and off all night. Didn't sleep very well.

We had a great time at 'Au Lit Des Ours' in Rochefort, the Belgian Ardennes! What a terrific and cosy hotel at walking distance from the famous Grottes de Han. Clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast and a good restaurant. Désirée is also a must visit, well known for its famous 'gaufres' or Belgian waffles. We come back!

We verbleven er van maandag 26 tot woensdag 28 mei. We twijfelden of we wel een comfortkamer toegewezen kregen, het leek ons eerder een cosykamer met een hele kleine badkamer. De luxe verwenprodukten ontbraken, misschien was ‘Nathalie’ met vakantie. Geen welkomstdrankje gekregen. Het restaurant is op maandag en dinsdag gesloten (?) Beperkt ontbijt en geen personeel te zien in de ontbijtruimte. De tafels bleven lange tijd niet afgeruimd. De yoghurtpotjes waren over datum en we hadden er zelfs eentje beschimmeld toen we het openmaakten. De t****e dag werd de kamer niet gepoetst noch de bedden opgemaakt. Positief was bij aankomst de nette lakens en handdoeken. De ene jongen aan de receptie was heel vriendelijk. Ook een gezellige bar. Besluit: niet aan te bevelen

Lieu à fuir! Arrivée à 15h pour le cheking, chambre pas faite. Nous sommes revenu à 22h00 la chambre n’avait pas été faite. Draps et serviettes non changées, chambre sale. Le réceptionniste et deux personnes du restaurant sont allés nous changer les draps et serviettes après 22h. Hôtel qui manque d’hygiène. Petit déjeuner correct.

Très bonne nuit passée à l'hôtel Lit des ours en famille (avec bébé de 18 mois et enfant de 4 ans). La chambre familiale est pratique avec son couchage enfant séparé. La baignoire est grande. La salle de bain est petite mais en très bon état et propreté impeccable. La literie est confortable. La décoration est actuelle et agréable avec des matériaux naturels. Le restaurant est cosy et nous avons bien mangé. Le petit-déjeuner est très varié. Le plus : un espace jeux pour enfants à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur et un magnifique coin bar/salon.

Dit hotel beantwoordde volledig aan onze wensen. Ruime kamer met goede bedden en een fijne douche. Het personeel is heel hulpvaardig en vriendelijk. De grotten liggen op 5 min. stappen en in de buurt zijn er prachtige wandelingen te doen. In het restaurant naast het hotel hebben wij lekker en betaalbaar gegeten.

Hotel en plein centre proche de tout. Parking gratuit. Personnel très agréable. Chambre confortable. Dommage nous avons eu des lits jumeaux. Endroit calme. petit déjeuner au top, tout est frais, je vous le conseille très bon rapport qualité prix.

Personnel très accueillant et agréable. Petit déjeuner un peu cher. Bon hôtel mais la literie n'est pas récente. Légèrement bruyant dus aux aboiements des chiens. Il serait préférable de réserver une aile de l'hôtel pour regrouper les voyageurs avec leurs animaux. Dommage que les 3 chaines de la TV Françaises ne fonctionnaient pas dans les 2 chambres, comme c'était le week-end pas de réparation. Pourquoi pas mettre une TV dans le salon ou une salle indépendante.
