Charming Beaufort Cottage with Marsh Views and Hunting Island Beach pass

Welcome to our charming Cottage in the historic town of Beaufort, SC. This 3 bedroom (sleeps 6), two bath home features beautiful marsh views and a beautiful yard with fire pit for your enjoyment. This home is tastefully decorated and the kitchen is equipped with everything needed for meal prep in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Take a bike ride or a walk along the Spanish Moss Trail only two blocks away. The waterfront Downtown Beaufort is a short drive away and only a 10 minute ride to Parris Island if you're looking to visit for a Marine Graduation! We provide our guests with one Hunting Island Car Pass to be used as many times as you'd like during your stay. We live locally and can't wait to share our charming Cottage and town amenities with you! SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (Sleeps 6) * Queen size master bedroom w/ stand up shower * Twin size bedroom with an additional Twin trundle bed * Third bedroom offers a Double bed * Shared full bathroom w/ tub and shower combo AMENITIES: * (1) Adult size bicycle (optional 2nd bike available with fee $25.00 if needed) * Backyard area w/ Fire Pit (Firewood not provided) * Fully equipped Kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils (pans, flatware, dinnerware) * High speed internet access with WiFi * Linens (sheets, towels etc.) * Modern kitchen appliances * Washer and dryer * Propane gas grill * Ceiling fans * Drip Coffee Maker The Queen master bedroom has a private bath and closet space with serene water views. The Twin bedroom offers two twin beds and closet space. The third bedroom offers a double bed. A shared full bathroom is located in the hallway. The open layout combines the living area with a Smart TV and a Chef's kitchen complete with all equipment and spices with a breakfast bar (seating for 3). Enjoy your morning coffee sitting in the backyard area under the Spanish moss canopy of Southern live oaks and pines or roasting marshmallows at night at the outdoor fire pit. Our cozy Cottage offers our guests their own piece of paradise here in the Lowcountry. **Area Info** Beaufort, SC is a wonderful area to visit. The Henry C. Chambers waterfront Park located off of Bay Street is only minutes away. Many guests enjoy walking there to take in the scenic views of the Spanish Moss and southern architect. Beaufort offers many different activities year round such as: festivals, fishing, boating, local seafood cuisine, Port Royal Farmers Market, history museums, outdoor events, and much more! The town of Port Royal is less than a 5 minute ride from the home as well and offers a public beach that we call "Sands Beach." Hunting Island State Park and Beach (a must do!) is a 20 minute ride from our cottage. There is a beach pass provided at no cost (however if this is lost or not returned there is a charge of $125.00 ). All these activities and dining options are right around the corner from Water's Edge Cottage!
