The hotel is clean overall, but the air is dirty, really dirty. Although my king suite has a large clearly visible stain in the middle of the floor near the section between the office desk and the bed; otherwise the room was a good price for the money. I just got out of the hospital today and the real problem I have with every Extended America Hotel from here to Florida that I recently stayed in ;(and 5 in the Cleveland area since May 2023) is that knowing that 41,000 deaths occur from Secondhand Smoke and Death Exposure to secondhand smoke each year; they do nothing about protecting non-smoking Extended Stay America paying customers being forced to walk through a floating sea of disgust and death to enter the building. Secondhand smoke kills 7,333 annually by lung cancer. Secondhand smoke causes 33,951 annual deaths from heart disease. If you stay at one of the Extended Stay America's that I have stayed in recently you will be forced to walk through cigarette smoke because smoking restrictions posted about where you can smoke and not smoke are not enforced. Everyone smokes at the front entrance to of the building because they don't give a damn about anyone but themselves, they are all selfish bastards and Extended Stay America does not make them care. Yes, I will probably leave, although I sought to stay here a month but it is hypocritical to complain and not take action. The complaint is my first action and if no changes occur, I will move out. If the State and Federal government's can go after the prescription drug companies, what about the Second Hand Smoke contributors? In 2021, the number of reported deaths involving prescription opioids totaled 16,706 and the Drug companies paid billions. The number of deaths from Second Hand Smoke was 41,000. Hotel's that do not enforce the no smoking policy should be looked at as a major source of contributing to Second Hand Smoke and former Hotel guests who develop Second Hand Smoke related complications should be able to recover damages.

Ho una suite regina con una piccola cucina. Il bagno era poco funzionante, solo un piccolo trucco d'acqua è uscito, ma almeno c'era un bagno completamente funzionante. La maniglia di flush è stata rotta quando siamo arrivati prima, ma l'hanno sistemata immediatamente dopo che l'abbiamo portata all'attenzione. La materassi da letto era abbastanza comoda. Il personale del front desk era attento per la maggior parte. I prodotti della cucina, come i tappeti e le pannelli, le piastrelle, l'argento, i tavoli di taglio, ecc., erano disponibili per un prestito che era un bel conforto. There was a billing mishap on part of the hotel. My card was charged and an assistant manager caught the mistake but refunded the wrong card. When speaking with GM Andrew, I asked why a charge was made without my authorization-I had only authorized a charge for incidentals (none occurred-and the charge was listed as another night stay outside of the period i was there). He acknowledged the mistake but I was told “First of all, you did authorize us to use your card” and to wait until the refund appeared on my statement. Again-I only authorized use for my stay and incidentals. Days went by and still no refund for the mistake (which is human-Im not upset with the employee but rather each interaction I had with Andrew thereafter), so I called to follow up. Andrew’s story then changed to “well, we shouldn’t even have to refund you because you didn’t stay for the nights you reserved”, so I asked for the receipts of the reservation and for the nights I stayed. If it’s my mistake- I’ll own it. The front desk gentleman was kind, but was audibly hesitant in emailing those documents. I received the invoice that included the fraudulent charge and compared it with the itinerary that was booked. My reserved dates and the time stayed aligned-so I asked Andrew for documentation of his claim that he was doing me a favor and I didn’t rightfully deserve the correction he was involved in. His only response was that he “confirmed the refund had been processed with their billing department, and there was no further actions needed on his part”. More than a week later (outside of the normal processing time for credit cards), the refund appeared but I caution anyone using their personal credit card for payment. After doing some research on the BBB- this mishap is not uncommon for Aloft/Marriott. The carpets in both the rooms I stayed in were browned from foot traffic, and the headboard lamps had accumulated dust on their lampshades. It wasn’t the worst, but it wasn’t worth the dishonesty and dismissiveness from General Manager Andrew.

This hotel was so nice and the lady Sierra at the front desk was lovely. We stayed in a suite. It had a living room area with bathroom and shower and a separate bedroom with another bathroom and shower. It was very quiet. Would stay here again and the Indigo was awesome

Gli hotel Hilton sono il mio solito andare in un posto per soggiornare...non si può andare male. Questa posizione non era eccezione. Puli, comodi, amichevole personale, grandi opzioni per colazione. Come per la maggior parte dei posti che oggi sono in viaggio, mi piacerebbe che gli hotel Hilton ritornassero a piatti più fermi. In generale l'industria sembra aver deciso che tutti preferiscono una piattaforma morbida, falsa, per la piattaforma. Personalmente, mi sento come se mi soffocare durante la notte e avessi difficoltà a dormire su uno. Il sopra non è un negativo per questo posto, solo l'industria.

Letteralmente perfetto. Per lo stesso prezzo esatto non puoi battere le caratteristiche e l'atmosfera lussuosa di Home2 Suites. (di Hilton-Cleveland Beachwood) Professionisti: - Il letto era incredibilmente comodo. Le camere sono incredibilmente spaziose e hanno un'atmosfera molto moderna/lusso! (Non posso sottolineare abbastanza come non ci sia davvero nulla di paragonabile o altrettanto carino come questo posto... *& sono stato in MOLTI hotel mentre viaggio per la mia carriera.) - Le stanze vengono sigillate ogni giorno dopo un processo di sanificazione/pulizia (chiaramente molto accurato). - Il personale era molto accogliente alla reception, così come la governante al quarto piano, ogni giorno; avevano tutti un sorriso sulle labbra e in realtà erano impegnati in qualcosa di più delle benigne banalità della cultura aziendale... Contro: Non posso comprare una suite matrimoniale come appartamento e vivere qui. Voglio vivere qui ma questo è un hotel, non un appartamento.. Devo andare a casa e lasciare questo posto fantastico, accogliente, carino, meravigliosamente felice.
