Ottimo hotel, sicuramente il mio hotel preferito a Cleveland. Eccellente servizio clienti con personale super cordiale ma incredibilmente professionale. Non vedo l'ora di provare come sarà Lit una volta che il Covid sarà finito.

Nasty isn’t even the word I would use to describe this place I literally had a reservation for too nights within mins of being in the room I went down stair and said I’m checking out in the morning the room is terribly filthy and nasty it’s still food in the sink from the last guest I’m not sleeping here I rather sleep in my car or on the streets than stay here I literally had to go to the front desk to get cleaner to use the bathroom or take a shower this is the most trifling hotel I ever seen in my life and I’ve stayed in a motel 6 before even they were better but 100$ a night for this it’s not even worth 15$ I’m not even gone keep saying how nasty it is but the lady at the front desk with the blue omg the attitude on her attitude was terrible she told she didn’t want to be here n wasn’t in the mood I’m just disappointed what a waste of money 10 point cleaning does not apply here

Questo è stato un posto per stare! Prima di andare ho avuto qualche domanda e ho parlato con Jenna, il vice manager. Era molto utile e tranquilla. Quando si è verificato, l'Asia era così gentile e gentile! Ci ha fatto sentire benvenuti. La stanza era molto pulita, il letto era comodo, e io amavo i prodotti del bagno.
