Hotel sul mare a Durban

I recently had the pleasure of having my parents stay at this incredible hotel, and I must say, their experience was absolutely exceptional! From the moment they arrived, they were treated to five-star magic with impeccable service, helpfulness, and reliability. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make their stay unforgettable. Their room was absolutely beautiful, clean and what a breathtaking view of the ocean! Truly amazing and relaxing stay - a home away from home in an abundance of excellence! The sound of the ocean and balcony view was one of many highlights that made this stay truly unforgettable! The food was exquisite, with dinner and breakfast being another highlight of their stay. But what truly made their experience special was the attention to detail and the way the hotel celebrated their anniversary in grandeur. The gifts, chocolates, flowers, and balloons were a lovely touch that made the occasion truly unforgettable. My parents were blown away by the hotel's excellence and the staff's dedication to providing a memorable experience. They left with lifelong memories and can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. Five stars isn't enough – this hotel deserves a glowing review!

A very good hotel to stay in when you are in durban .surrounded by nice resrurant and close to the mall I Had one of the best breakfast buffet and they make the best currys

Lovely spot close to the beach and Umhlanga village with lots going on in the area, especially over the festive season. The rooms are big with everything you need for self catering and the staff are all very friendly.

Recentemente sono rimasto presso Holiday Inn Express a Umhlanga, Durban e ho avuto una splendida esperienza.L'hotel è perfettamente situato, vicino alla spiaggia, ristoranti e punti d'acquisto rende molto conveniente se si visita per il tempo libero o per l'attività. Le camere erano molto pulite, confortevoli e ben mantenute, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più rilassante. Uno dei punti di vista di ogni mattina è stato il sorprendente colazione, fresco, delizioso, e con una grande varietà da scegliere. Ma ciò che era stato davvero esposto era il personale eccezionale di accoglienza, che era incredibilmente caldo, professionale e sempre pronto a aiutare con un sorriso. Come una bella sorpresa, mi hanno persino aggiornato in una stanza di vista marina perché era il mio compleanno, che mi ha reso molto speciale e memorabile. In generale, è stata una fantastica esperienza con un servizio eccellente, una posizione di prima qualità e un ospitalità eccellente.

5 Stars: Absolutely Perfect! We had an incredible stay! The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and the view was absolutely stunning. It truly had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. My only complaint? We didn't book a longer stay! We could have happily spent another week here. Highly recommend this place to anyone—we can't wait to come back!

一對白人夫妻的旅館，用自己家裡改造的，沒有通俗的味道，可以感受到他們生活的用心。對於他們來説，這不是生意，衹是生活有目的的樂趣，多些跟人的交流，有事可為，是他們的享受

A good place to be with a beautiful view.... ”The View” as its name . Closer to a shopping complex , gas station, 5min drive to the beach, closer to the beach there also restaurantswhere you can dine whole having the beach view, Toti Beach. its also closer to galleria Mall. The place is too steep so be ready for that... Their food is delicious, we had dinner there at their restaurant called Giorgios but its expensive I must say. Not sure about their breakfast and lunch though. Staff and reception is just ok. I had requested them to add a crib bed for a child and upon arrival they told us that the storeroom is closed because we arrived at 6pm so it's too late. We then asked them to give us atleast a bedsheets or any linen so we can make a plan for our son, they said ok but never pitched , nothin, not even getting back to us to say what could be the matter. We asked again the following day, they took four hours to bring a bedsheets. Bottom line is if you have a child do not, I repeat DO NOT book that place because they will lie straight to your face saying they could not reach you since you booked via an APP. I'm not sure whetherI want to talk about their kitchen in the rooms. You will have to call them now and again to bring things and they take 3 to 4hours just for a simple thing like a spoon. One thing I can say is they don't listen and listening means you respect your business and your clients I flew from overseas to rest and have a good time and have treat ourselves since they have a spar but I ended up canceling my plans for a spa because I didn't want additional dissapointments. The rest I don't even want to mention...and that is my experience after paying so much Money and looking forward to a good vacation 😌 BUT...

Grande servizio e posizione.Colazione e poco prezzo eccessivamente per quello che era disponibile al buffet.

Le colline di Beverly sono e sono sempre state un'esperienza meravigliosa. Il personale è al di sopra e al di là del servizio. Le camere hanno vista sul mare e hanno un risalto e un spettacolare sorgere di sole. Tutti i pasti sono eccezionali, il colazione sulla terrazza con il suo fantastico buffet è un piacere iniziare il giorno.
