Hotel sul mare a Loulé

Molto buon hotel, bel ambiente, vicino è il campo da golf, la camera è grande, adatto per le vacanze di famiglia, la cucina e il ristorante possono fare il proprio cibo preferito.

Fantastic hotel. Stayed in a room with a small balcony and sea view. The sound of the crashing waves are very loud when you open the doors so if you’re not acquired to noise then you may want to choose a room not facing the sea. The room Itself was very clean and well maintained although the shower tiles had some dark marks on the grouting, doors and panels were spotless. The breakfast was very good but was almost the same each morning, to be fair, what else can you eat other than the usual stuff? Evening meals were lovely with a different choice each day but I personally found some dishes a little salty. This hotel is perfect if you want to just chill and relax and take long walks. The promenade is very flat with lovely a sunset each evening. As we went in the winter it was very quiet with plenty of room to manoeuvre. People are very friendly especially in the cafes and restaurants. There are many eateries but if you like coffees and cakes , oh and sushi, it is heaven. If this hotel had a few more facilities like an indoor pool and spa it would be perfect. I wouldn’t say that it is an ideal hotel if you have kids but the promenade would be nice for them to release some energy.

Sono andato da solo, ma non mi sono mai stancato. Ho avuto un check-in tardivo e tutto era a posto. Ho comunicato con l'hotel sul mio cambio di volo e la risposta rapida, mi hanno prenotato un taxi che aspettava alle ore di mattina. La pulizia era 100% le camere pulite non posso colpire. Mi piaceva il viaggio di autobus, l'Uber era ok. La zona era tranquilla se qualcuno cercava vicinanza, ma il prezzo del taxi era buono. Ci era così tanto da fare. Il mio ultimo giorno è andato al bagno per il parco aqua OMG, che era rigiovanimento solo che dovete pagare con uno sconto se siete al hotel. , per 2 ore 25 euro credo che potrebbe essere un po 'più economico per l'ospite dell'hotel. Ma non sono uno che mi lamenta, è un hotel amico dei bambini, quindi aspettate di sentire i bambini che stanno pianificando di portare i miei nipoti la prossima volta, so che si diverteranno.La colazione era buona, mangiare fuori per cena c'è così tanto posto da scegliere. Solo un Uber andato via. Un grande grido a Bruno, un buon cocktail, mi ha dato dei suggerimenti per mangiare fuori.

I have been staying at another hotel in the area a few times each year for the past 3 years,  however having been asked twice at checkout for a tip from the front office staff, I was simply appalled and decided to check out Ria Park.  An absolutely fantastic of hotel and extremely worthy of its five star.  From the concierge to the front of house, waiting and housekeeping staff and pool service… Myself and both of my daughters (in theur20’s)  had an absolutely wonderful time and plan to return again very  soon.

Recentemente sono stato a Crowne Plaza Vilamoura in famiglia e, purtroppo, l'esperienza è stata deludente per un hotel di cinque stelle. Sebbene la posizione sia privilegiata, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia e la pulizia delle camere sia irrinunciabile, il servizio fallisce gravemente per quanto riguarda l'ospitalità. A parte il team della reception, che è estremamente simpatico, il resto del personale sembra avere il ”no” come risposta standard. Nel colazione, l'ambiente diventa stressante 15 minuti prima delle 10:30, con i dipendenti che sollevano tutto in fretta. Poco dopo, nel bar, abbiamo cercato di chiedere qualcosa di leggero per accompagnare il caffè e l'inflexibilità era totale, tutto era difficile o inesistente. Questa mancanza di brio si estende al tempo libero: nel SPA, nonostante fosse chiuso alle 19, alle 18:50 erano già in pulizia, creando un ambiente di espulsione. Inoltre, pagare 5€/ora per i missili di ping-pong completamente danneggiati è inaccettabile in un hotel di questa categoria. È urgente formare le squadre per capire il concetto di servizio al cliente, Poiché la struttura dell'hotel è ottima, ma l'attuale servizio di servizio svaluta completamente il marchio.

This was such a beautiful stay. All the staff there were so lovely and accomodating. When arrived we were told we had a room upgrade which was amazing, we also had a bus which didn’t leave until later and the staff were lovely enough to let us leave our bags and hang around until we needed to go. The pool is area is beautiful and so spacious, there is also an amazing restaurant next door.

Tratou-se de um excelente serviço. Conhecendo bem os Hotéis Vila Galé (este é o 6º, nos últimos 2 anos), o Vila Galé Ampalius está no topo da qualidade de serviço apresentada. O facto de ter agendado por um operador, foi-me atribuído ”provavelmente” um dos quartos menos bem localizado (642), um comportamento que não é de todo agradável. A localização do Hotel é perfeita. O serviço de pequeno almoço, apesar da grande afluência de hospedes, funciona muito bem.

Just managed to book this for 1 day for my birthday weekendfor myself and my daughter and wished I had booked it for the entire duration of my 6 day stay in Portugal. Clean, peaceful, pool was crystal clear, staff were friendly. d I somehow managed to get it for a very competitive price, not the usual rate. Great facilities for me as an individual athlete training in the offseason. Allowing me to physically train and mentally relax as well. The football Astro, gym, hot sauna & outdoor pool were the standouts for me. There’s a really nice walk in the sun to the beach as well. The reception team was class, super friendly and helped with any queries. Would thoroughly recommend !

L'unico inconveniente che ho avuto è stato che avevo prenotato una camera con letto matrimoniale e mi hanno dato due letti singoli, e al momento volevano farmi pagare 10€ in più per mettere il letto matrimoniale, a parte questo l'hotel è ottimo…!
