Hotel sul mare a Goa Nord

The hotel is done up to a nice standard. The reception, hallways and pool are lovely. The room was also a nice. We had a few issues with the room itself, the WiFi and the gym. The room had a damp feel to it and some of our things and the bed sheets felt wet a lot of the time.  The gym was not up to date and not in use. We couldn’t even use some of the equipment.  The WiFi did not work. We could not connect and when we did, it was slower than slow. The service was really nice and the staff were very friendly.

Il mio check-in non era in buona esperienza, c'erano alcuni problemi con la categoria della camera, capisco completamente che l'hotel era pieno di casa, ma è dozente significa che gli altri ospiti soffrono, ***e del personale che hanno bisogno di formazione poi sembrano molto triste, Devo dirgli buon mattino o sera, poi potranno rispondere, direi che i membri del personale di F&B andavano via, consiglierei Noella, Danjita, Chef Dutta per la loro cura supplementare hanno fatto un buon lavoro, le varietà alimentari sono sorprendenti soprattutto per il colazione, Il club della salute alcune macchine sono troppo vecchie, il nome del conducente del taxi Mahmood è molto buono che era straordinario per la sua ospite.

I stayed at Santana Beach Resort with my boys’ gang for a leisure trip, and we booked a suite category room. The stay was amazing — the rooms were spacious, homely, and very clean. The pool area was always lively and fun, adding to the overall vibe of the resort. One of the best parts is the Calamari Shack, which is the hotel’s own shack located right on the beach. The Goan food there was delicious, and the whole place gives you the perfect Goan vibes. Overall, Santana Beach Resort is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for a fun, relaxed, beachside stay in Goa. Highly recommended!

В один из дней у нас была экскурсия к 6:00 утра. И так как мы не попадали на завтрак, то нам к 6:00 приготовили на ресепшене ланч-боксы. Это тоже нас очень порадовало. В целом отель, еще раз повторюсь, очень понравился. Спасибо большое!

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno a Golden Tulip Goa. L'hotel è bellissimo, pulito e ben mantenuto, con camere confortevoli e grande ospite. Il cibo al ristorante era delizioso, e il servizio generale superava le nostre aspettative. Un ringraziamento speciale al signor Preet del ristorante, che è stato incredibilmente sostenibile, amichevole e attento durante il nostro soggiorno. Ci ha sempre salutati con un sorriso, ci ha assicurato che ci fossero curati bene, e ha fatto un giro per ricordare la nostra esperienza di mangiare. I membri del personale come il signor Preet sono un grande bene per l'hotel. Grazie per aver reso la nostra visita così piacevole. Si consiglia molto Golden Tulip Goa e attendiamo di rimanere qui

Un bel hotel sulla prima linea! La zona dell'hotel è un giardino in cui sono perse case di legno per gli ospiti. Molte piante tropicali, tra cui case, sono in modo che gli ospiti non si interferiscano l'uno con l'altro e c'è un sentimento che tu sia da solo con la natura. Ogni giorno l'area dell'hotel è gioiata: spazzatura, sabbia, pianta, acqua. Penso che anche ogni pietra e tutto ciò è messo in amore. Nella respirazione c'è sempre qualcuno in servizio, anche la notte. Puoi fare qualsiasi domanda e sarai sempre benvenuto. La casa è piccola, semplice, in legno, ma tutto è nella stanza: tavolo da tè, frigorifero, aria condizionata, tè, caffè, zucchero, ogni giorno una bottiglia di acqua per persona. (La nostra casa era vicino alla torre impermeabile e quando era sovraccaricata - l'acqua era fuoriuscita e era molto rumorosa in qualsiasi momento del giorno. Il personale non è in grado di risolvere questo problema. Prendete la casa lontano dalla torre). L'elettricità (come in tutto il Goa, spesso si è spenta, ma quasi immediatamente tutto è stato ripristinato - forse i generatori che hanno messo. Ma non c'erano problemi di acqua calda. C'è una piccola piscina sul territorio. Egli ha salvato molto quando c'erano onde forti sul mare e non è stato possibile entrare nell'acqua. E' particolarmente importante per coloro con bambini. C'è una doccia vicino alla piscina, vicino alla sauna. Un asciugamano per la piscina - sul reseipschen si può chiedere. C'è un menu da un bar sulla spiaggia. Puoi ordinare in un bar e sarai portato alla stanza o alla piscina. Sulla spiaggia, il banco dell'hotel è gratuito. Sulla banca è messo un banco con acqua - per strappare i piedi dalla sabbia. Ecco un bel servizio degli ospiti. Per cenare o andare al negozio - si può scegliere un caffè sulla strada più vicina - andare 7 minuti in fretta. Ci piaceva l'hotel molto, consigliato!!

The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly welcome. We were shown to our room and things explained. The balcony was small but ample. The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue. The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter. The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby. The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way. The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though. The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice. The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning. Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble. We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection. If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss. Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in. All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

Stay was great, rooms spacious and clean, nice facilities and food was excellent. However initially we were given smoking room . When we reported they had to send a staff to verify. Staff acknowledged but first offered to spray room freshener. When we insisted we absolutely need non smoking room they made the switch. Didn’t expect this from Hilton brand

Abbiamo avuto un fantastico soggiorno in questa proprietà!La posizione è superb solo un minuto a piedi dal mare, rendendo l'accesso alla spiaggia incredibilmente facile. Siamo stati molto impressionati dai terreni, il territorio è spazioso e ben mantenuto, offrendo un riposo pacifico. Il nostro appartamento gemelle era perfetto: pulito, ben attrezzato e molto comodo per due. Il piacevole caffè sul posto è un grande comodo, e il passo fuori vi porta direttamente alle vivaci strade di Arambol, piene di negozi e ristoranti, a pochi passi da camminare. Una piccola ma molto apprezzata perca è stata le due bottiglie d'acqua che ogni giorno sono state fornite. L'unico piccolo inconveniente che abbiamo affrontato è che alcuni dei nostri carichi europei non hanno adattato le soccette, ma il personale di ricezione ha fornito rapidamente un adattatore, ordinando la questione immediatamente. Molto consiglia per una vacanza rilassata ma conveniente Goan!

All staff were great. Facilities were great. Housekeeping gave us mosquito repellent so we could sleep peacefully. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only issue was during breakfast as it is quite chaotic, but I would blame the guests for that as many don't have common courtesy. Some are picking food with their fingers directly from the buffet and not using utensils provided. Some are standing close to the buffet and eating their meals without any concern for other guests. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay again.
