Hotel sul mare a Minorca

Hotel molto ben situato, bellissimo vista dai bar, dalle piscine e dalla nostra stanza. Solo pochi minuti a piedi e si può essere sulla spiaggia Sandy. Vicino ai supermercati e una selezione di ristoranti. La zona stessa è molto tranquilla ma bella. Non c'era molto spazio di magazzinaggio nelle camere per quanto riguarda i trattori e così via, ma tutto era molto pulito e funzionava bene. Il servizio di pulizia giornaliera è stato grande. Il colazione in questo hotel è stato incluso anche per la nostra prenotazione. Ci è stata una bella selezione di cibo, tra cui omelete fresche che sono il mio preferito. La selezione di cereali di pasticceria, succhi di cibo caldi, caffè e bevande molto belle all'hotel. La zona povera è molto tranquilla e ha una vista magnifica che guarda la zona di spiaggia sottostante. In generale, tuttavia, se si cerca qualcosa di vivace, questo potrebbe non essere giusto per voi. Abbiamo trovato che era molto rilassante, e questo è quello che stiamo cercando.

Fantastic. Beautiful location. All the staff were super helpful and friendly, they made our stay special. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, without being over the top. The room was great, a little apartment with an equipped kitchen and fridge. There's a comfy bed and walk-in shower with a little step. The food was good with a choice for everyone. There are a lot of stairs, I'm not very mobile and I managed to get around. There's a nice easily accessible pool,

Hotel jeni is een juweel in es mercadal op menorca. De service is goed, de hygiëne is voortreffelijk en de maaltijd in het restaurant is van goede kwaliteit en niet duur. Ik ben erg tevreden zelfs in een 1-persoon kamer die redelijk groot is voor mij alleen. De lokatie is goed want het is op een loopafstand van het centrum van es mercadal en van een supermarkt. Ik gebruik es mercadal als een tussen station op weg naar de kust in het noorden want de bus van de luchthaven naar de kust gaat via es mercadal en beperkt tot maar 4x per dag. Hotel Jeni ligt strategisch op 2 minuten loopafstand van de busstation. Het weer medio maart is niet warm, zelden volle zon en winderig. Maar als de zon doorbreekt dan is het erg prettig.

There was no duvet and no radiator in the apartment, when the outside temperature was 8 degrees C, and the windows cannot be closed properly, the windows have a 7 mm gap. There was only a thin sheet and a blanket. We were cold. I could hardly sleep. I demand a partial refund.

Such a nice and beautiful apartment, friendly people at the reception, really helpful and polite. I’ve stayed with my mom, she loves everything so much. The location is perfect as well 🤍🤍🤍 thanks for the warm welcome 🙏

The staff made it a great experience. Good variety for the food and general ambiance was great! Lots of amenities but the spa and changing room looked a little dated and tired, so did the corridors. The room was also very simple and bed quite squeaky, which were disappointing. Loved that they offered showers on the day we left!

Molto Buona soggiorno al HG Jardin di Minorca in questo mese di aprile 2025. La camera era spaziosa, il balcone piacevole con una bella vista, piccolo bemol per il letto King size che è in realtà 2 letti riuniti e tracce di umidità nel bagno senza VMC. Più piccola cucina con il minimo per chi vuole fare il cibo. Il cibo è buono con molte scelte, sia colazione che cena, con in particolare 1 pesce grigliato ogni sera. La piscina con le sue 3 piscine è magnifica e molto ben mantenuta ma non riscaldata. Tutte le sale, ristorante, bar, terrazza e le aree esterne sono molto pulite e piacevoli. È necessario consigliare.

Generally I liked the hotel. The food was tasty and the facilities were nice. Even though the room was not very clean. I even found a pack of someone’s pack of cigs there. Also the system with the irons and fees for the towel are not comfortable at all. Let’s keep in mind that they position them as a 4 star hotel….

Merci à Trip de m'avoir aidé avec ma réservation et d'avoir réglé un petit souci rapidement. Concernant l'hôtel, le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Honnêtement, le petit-déjeuner et le dîner sous forme de buffet étaient parfaits : il y avait beaucoup de choix et tout était très bon. La piscine est superbe et la vue sur la mer est magnifique. Le seul point négatif concerne le service client de l'hôtel avant notre arrivée. Heureusement, Trip a été présent pour nous accompagner et résoudre le problème rapidement. Merci encore !

Soggiorno fantastico. Io e mia moglie siamo stati ospiti in hotel l'ultima settimana di luglio con trattamento di mezza pensione. Personale molto professionale, abbiamo ricevuto tanta cortesia e disponibilità. Ristorante con servizio a buffet e tanta varietà di pietanze e cibo di ottima qualità. Ottimi i servizi e fantastica la posizione, praticamente ubicato su una delle più belle spiagge dell'isola. Devo precisare la massima attenzione da parte del personale alle misure sanitarie anti COVID.
