Hotel sul mare a Yantai

L'Hotel Golden Golf Yantai è vecchio dall'esterno, ma l'interno è ben attrezzato con la tecnologia moderna, usano robot per inviare i bisogni degli ospiti, hanno usato posti da bagno riscaldati per l'inverno. Tra i 4 hotel che ho soggiornato in questa visita sono gli unici che forniscono posti igienici riscaldati. Se non si considerano un hotel locale 5 stelle, sicuramente hanno un servizio 6 stelle. Sono certamente rimasto molto impressionato da me come ospite dell'hotel. Grazie speciali a Serene e Jenny all'ufficio frontale per l'eccellente servizio fornito durante il mio soggiorno. Sicuramente tornerà a rimanere qui quando visiterò Yantai in futuro.

Grande posizione, siamo stati aggiornati in una sala di vista sul mare con una bella vista. Leah è stato molto utile rispondendo a tutte le domande e condividendo raccomandazioni per un buon cibo marino vicino! Grazie per un bel soggiorno. Volevo tornare.

Old and slightly outdated property, but the cleaning standards remain consistently good. However, the reception experience was not welcoming. It felt somewhat controlled (another board control experience?) and lacking in warmth. Only one staff member at the front desk stood out—he went above and beyond by personally walking us to the guestroom despite the long and awkward floor layout. Along the way, he kindly introduced the surrounding area. He spoke some English and Korean, but more importantly, he demonstrated a genuine sense of hospitality. He was the only staff member who truly embodied the level of service we were expecting. As is often the case in China, the housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly and performed their duties well. The overall cleanliness met expectations.

Ho soggiornato recentemente all'Hotel Pullman Yantai Center, e l'esperienza è stata eccellente.L'hotel si sente davvero meritare il suo rating 5-star, con un servizio eccellente, strutture e atmosfera. Tuttavia, ci sono stati alcuni problemi di manutenzione che hanno influenzato l'esperienza di soggiorno. La TV SONY nella stanza aveva una risoluzione pixel molto scarsa e la qualità dell'esposizione. Inoltre, il tubo di scarico del bagno era difficile da funzionare e doveva essere rimosso manualmente, e le finestre si sono svuotate durante la pioggia. Durante il mio soggiorno c'era anche un problema di sovraccarico sul desk front, ma il ricevitore l'ha gestito professionalemente e ha corretto il problema immediatamente con un rimborso. Inoltre, non ho ricevuto i tasse di vino che dovevano essere inclusi durante il mio soggiorno. Spero che l'hotel possa migliorare questi dettagli, perché il resto del soggiorno è stato altrimenti molto piacevole.

Il Mario Yantai è forse il miglior hotel di valore che abbia mai soggiornato nella mia vita. L'intera esperienza di tempo da parte di un inizio alla fine è stata incredibilmente confortevole e lussuoso a seguito del grande lavoro della squadra al Marriott. Molly e presto sul desk erano incredibilmente gentili, sorridendo, mi aiutando generosamente attraverso una serie di richieste che ho avuto durante il mio soggiorno. Mi hanno migliorato da una deluxe camera di re con balcone a una suite Junior/Executive. Le viste erano veramente bellissime, la camera incredibilmente spaziosa e il letto era il più confortevole che abbia mai soggiornato durante i miei due mesi di viaggio in Asia orientale. E tutto questo per un valore incredibile! È assolutamente necessario rimanere qui se visitare Yantai.

La posizione è al di là della spiaggia d'oro, un posto molto bello. Circa 25 minuti a piedi c'è un centro commerciale con molti ristoranti. Il ristorante nel pavimento è di ottima qualità, ma il servizio potrebbe essere migliore. Non sembra che ci sia abbastanza personale nel ristorante. Il personale di pulizia per le camere è estremamente utile. Grazie! Non so chi sia il responsabile della cassaforte in camera: la mia cassaforte è stata rotta due volte in 4 giorni. La prima volta che qualcuno è venuto a riparare, la seconda volta che la mia denuncia è stata ignorata e non ho potuto usare la cassaforte. Non è lo stile normale di un hotel a 5 stelle.     

The positive attitude and service performance of the staff ranging from front desk, concierge/security to breakfast restaurant and house keeping is excellent. The classic hotel personal service with a modern twist makes the stay a memorable experience. On my check-in, Ms Xiao Jiao and Ms Xiao Cong gave me and explained briefly the leaflet on the hotel’s suggested tourist attractions in Yantai. They also enthusiastically exchanged small RMB notes with me. They also gave me a piece of mooncake of my choice (and during my check-out too). The restaurant staff is attentive, replenishing food and drinks and attending to requests promptly. Due to my lack of command of Mandarin and accent, the chef cooked the wanton instead of the mackerel dumplings for me, he immediately served me the dumplings when he realised the miscommunication. The next morning, after serving me the mackerel dumplings, he, I think, recognised me, suggested I could add soup and condiments to the dumplings. I find their fleshly cooked dumplings are even better than the dumplings from the most famous dumplings restaurant in Yantai. The concierge staff on 2 days helped me book taxi using her phone app, paying in advance on my behalf as booking via internet cannot be settled in cash. The concierge/front desk lent me umbrella without question. After a delayed and tiring flight, Mr Xiao Gao brought me to my room and explained the mechanics of the switches in the room. There was a hand-written welcome note from Ms Liu, with 2 cups of white fungus/goji drink beside it. The drink together with the note and fruits in the room, not only soothed my dry throat but also lifted the mood. House keeping provided fruits, white fungus/goji drink and dried chrysanthemum/rose flowers (to prepare for drinking) and 4 bottles (500 ml) of water daily, with up to 14 bottles at the lift lobby on my floor, and guests can also request house keeping for more bottles. On my check out day, during my breakfast, they left at the door handle, a bag of goodies, fruits and bottles of water and souvenirs (4 key chains with various types of sea shells), together with a hand-written farewell/bon voyage note from Ms Liu. Well done The Center Hotel staff, you are a pride to the hotel, the hospitality industry and Yantai!

Mixed experience. The positives are the location is good and the staff are great. The rooms are also comfortable and spacious although we couldn't open on the windows. Unfortunately the kids play area wasn't open and the swimming pool was freezing which put on a dampener on our stay. Also, people smoking next to the lifts was annoying. Overall, it's fine. I'd probably go somewhere else next time I visit Yantai though as it's definitely not a five star hotel.

Dopo il check-out, all'improvviso ho ricevuto un messaggio che diceva che avevamo una tazza. Mi sono sentito molto male. Ho speso 2.000 yuan per rimanere in hotel e non avrei detto nulla solo perché avevo una tazza. Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con i miei due bambini e nelle strutture dell'hotel faccio sempre attenzione ai dettagli, gli spigoli e gli angoli non vengono curati e i bambini possono urtarli facilmente. La sensazione generale è abbastanza buona.

L'esperienza di soggiorno è fantastica, la stanza è pulita e pulita, e il letto è morbido e molto profumo, si può raggiungere il mare sotto. I due bambini non sono felici di giocare. Una notte di più decisamente.Il servizio di ricetta è appassionato e attento. È molto conveniente sedersi per prendere la macchina per la caccia. La prossima volta che vengo ad allevare l'isola di cavallo, sceglierebbe questa famiglia!
