Clean and safe. A little bit far to get food from other restaurant. But quite compare to those near by the airport. Breakfast is standard.

My main thing at staying at a hotel is cleanliness, which according to reviews for here was very clean. Sadly I didn't have that experience and am honestly really disappointed that I went for the more expensive hotel just because reviews said it was clean.
All the "clean" towels had stuff on them, the room smelled weird, and there was mold in the shower under the soap dishes and the really annoyingly placed hand bar.
One lady at the front desk couldn't be bothered and was kind of rude. Upon check out all she said to me was "you booked through ******* so theres no receipt". That's it. No "thank you for staying" or "have a good day" or even "bye". MY husband said she was also rude during checkin.
Our room phone didn't work to even call the front desk, we had to use our cellphones. The wifi was horrible, and the bathroom fan didn't work. Won't be staying here again.

It wasn't amazing. I was there for my mother's 90th birthday party. When I arrived 2 hours before check in, I stood in line behind a gentleman who was checking in (early) for three rooms. He received his keys and went upstairs. I asked to check in early and was given a prompt no. I explained that I had just driven 5 hours and was hoping to change before going to my event (my mother's 90th birthday party). Still a no.
When I checked in later, I was surprised that the hotel was requiring a $150 hold on my credit card for incidentals. No where was this spelled out before hand.
The room was clean but the bed was worn out. The mattress needs replacing.
I won't stay there again and don't recommend it.

Your basic holiday inn right off the expressway. Beds were quite comfortable. Complementary breakfast and coffee, nothing fancy just the basics, but appreciated. Overall property feels a little dated. A few technical issues: one of the two elevators not working, and coin machine in laundromat broken. No maid service, but we did have the “do not disturb” sign out most of the morning. A bit pricey in my option (paid $225 per night with taxes and fees) for something that amounts to a roadside motel with a name-brand. Would I say here again for soccer tournament next year ? Maybe, but for the price I’d try for a Marriott /Hilton property if i can find one for similar price.

I've stayed here several times and it is comfortable, clean, the gym is fine, and they serve a decent breakfast. However, one elevator has been down for awhile. Hopefully, they will fix it soon.
