Guest access *HOW DO I GET THE KEY?* - The front door is equipped with a state-of-the-art Schlage Encode keyless smart lock. - The access code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your arrival time. *WHERE CAN I PARK?* - A maximum of 2 sedan-sized vehicles is allowed in front of the house (1 guaranteed driveway parking spot and 1 street parking spot behind the driveway). - When using the driveway, we recommend pulling your car closer to the house if the hood fits comfortably under the overhang. - The sidewalk must remain clear at all times. Vehicles must be either fully parked on the street or, if using the driveway, pulled in completely so that no part extends onto or over the sidewalk. - When using street parking, you may park on the white-painted box that leads to YOUR driveway, but do not park on any OTHER white boxes, as those provide access to other people’s driveways and must remain clear for egress. - If additional parking is needed, we recommend using a nearby parking lot or garage to avoid potential citations. Guests are responsible for any costs associated with off-site parking. - A parking permit will be provided under the living room thermostat. This permit is only valid for street parking directly in front of the house. Please place it visibly inside the car so it can be seen from the outside. Please return the permit before departure. A $75 fee applies for any unreturned or lost permits. Please plan accordingly to avoid city citations — any fines due to parking violations will be the guest’s responsibility. *IS THERE ANY SECURITY MEASURE AT YOUR PLACE?* - There are Minut noise devices around the house (they are not voice recording devices per the manufacturer's privacy policies). - There are 2 external Ring cameras actively recording/monitoring the outdoor area. CAN I PLAY MUSIC OUTDOORS?* - We do not have any amplified speaker systems outdoors due to noise complaints, but you are welcome to play music at a reasonable volume from your smart devices. - Since we are located in a very peaceful neighborhood, we practice common quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. *CAN I SMOKE AT THE PROPERTY?* - No smoking or vaping is allowed in our home or any indoor space. This applies to both tobacco and cannabis use. - A violation will result in immediate cancellation without a refund and a $1000 additional cleaning fee. Very nice house The house was great and the host was very responsive. The only issues we had during our stay were some unavoidable home repairs. The VRBO listing also included a hot tub that was not on the property. In communication with the host, it seems like that is an error on VRBO's end and that there was never a hot tub on the property.
