Two bedrooms face the street with the living area in the back that walks out unto a deck with lake views. Guests will have access to the entire lower unit. The garage is for owner use only. The upstairs is its own separate rental unit. NOTE: This is a lower apartment unit. There may be guests staying in the upstairs unit. Please observe inside voices and soft steps to ensure the enjoyment of all guests. **Quiet Hours are 10PM to 8AM** We have a strict “no outdoor shoes inside” policy. The flooring is hard maple throughout.
