L'hotel superava le aspettative con la sua eccellente colazione diffusa, dalle pasticce fresche e dal pane artigianale a una vasta gamma di frutti, formaggi e piatti caldi, tutto era delizioso e ben presentato. La cucina in diretta ha aggiunto un contatto personalizzato.Il personale amichevole e l'atmosfera accogliente hanno reso veramente piacevole la mattina.

The place is clean. They provide slippers, shampoo, shower gel, dish washing liquid, hand soap and washing detergent. The rooms are a bit cramped. There is a snack stalls that sell all snacks such as noodles, nasi lemak, kueh etc. Good for breakfast and snacks in between meals. As we are on 36th, we have a good city view Overall a nice place to stay in.

We stayed with the Ascott group numerous times for its cleanliness and well-maintained facilities around the world, and Citadines Connect Georgetown is no exception. The building is renovated from a historical building which gives the hotel a mixture of cultural and contemporary vibe. It's a 3-story newly-built hotel and everything you see is brand new and tidy. The lobby is not large, but there are plentiful spaces to rest for a while. The room we stayed in is Studio Executive, and it's clean enough. The air-conditioning system utilized a touch panel for you to easily adjust to your liking. There are no drinking bottles inside the room but a water dispenser is just in the hallway, both environment-friendly and convenient. One of the things worthy of notice is the tap water system, where hot and cold water may be installed conversely. The hotel itself is located around minutes walk from Komtar neighborhood, and you can easily take buses to the airport or to other areas of Penang via the Komtar terminal. Several malls are also in this area to give you the convenience of shopping. The well-known hawker food centre at Lebuh Presgrave crossroad is also close by, where you can easily grab most of the famous and delicious local dishes here. CAT bus station is also not far from the hotel, and you can tour the UNESCO sites with it for a day trip. Overall, it's an excellent choice to stay here for its brand-new facilities, and its convenience regarding transportation, shopping, and dining.

Very unique & beautiful hotel! They’re attention to every small details even the amenity kits which I appreciate. The hotel’s eco-friendly concpet, location is great, located at the center. Also, they provide bike to rent for free which very cool & convenience for guest who would like to travel around George town. All the staff is so nice with service-minded mindset. Highly recommended!!!

Stayed for 2 nights and everything was great, couldn't find a single thing that wasn't good. Special shout out to Yen Yin (front desk receptionist) who helped with my check in. She speaks well and had exceptionally good attitude. Observed her going the extra mile to help a guest patiently. Great location in Georgetown. If you're lucky you may get the sea view rooms. You can store your luggage at Level 1, the staff there is friendly and speaks English well too. You can also order food delivery and get the driver to leave it at the lobby. Then, head to level 20 for checkin. Overheard a guest getting a late check out granted so you may try your lucky if you need one too (subject to availability I assume). Breakfast will be at Level 20 too but I opted out to try the local Breakfast nearby. I was lucky to get the Seaview room on level 18 and catch some mini fireworks released at the beach side. The room was surprisingly new and clean. The beds and duvet were super comfortable despite it being standard single and not super single. Pillows were too soft for me personally. TV had multi lingual channels from English to Chinese to Malay. I also like that the wardrobe was positioned inside the toilet. Steam iron and ironing board are provided as well. For ladies, you'll be happy that the hairdryer provided is a Philips branded one, dries my hair very quickly. The towels are quite soft too. I'll definitely book OZO again on my next penang trip! Highly recommend to you if you're considering.

I had a pleasant stay at Loop. They provide escalators, but the parking lot is limited, and there are no water dispensers. It was noisy until 1-2 AM, possibly due to a nearby bar, and I could hear prayer sounds around 5-6 AM. However, breakfast was nice. Overall, it was a great experience, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Un hotel delizioso. Il concetto, la pulizia della posizione e il servizio sono tutti super amichevole ed efficiente. Valore per soldi. Brand nuovo hotel. L'intera ambienza è molto hip, colorato, rilassante n casuale. Molto giovane squadra di gestione e tutti là vi fa sentire come un amico. Le camere sono compatte n comode. Super pulito. Il letto era così comodo. Il bagno aveva una splendida n potente doccia pioggia. Questo hotel ha superato tutte le mie aspettative. Ha un'ecuberanza positiva, un concetto vibrante, colorato e unico di interazioni positive. Un buon colazione alacarte. Questo marchio sicuramente renderà il suo marchio molto rapidamente. I love the breakfast plus the location which is located in front of gurney bay park where u can have morning, evening and night run at your convenience. The facilities are varieties including swimming pool, hot/ cold jacuzzi, steam sauna, sauna, gym, kids room, tennis court. They provide green hotel towels for wet facilities. Just that for the sauna, it doesn't seem to work well even after 15min switch on.

Il primo giorno ci salutò il personale amichevole e professionale del front desk. La nostra testa di doccia era già rotta quando abbiamo controllato, ma il tecnico è arrivato in fretta per ripararlo. La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa per noi due. Le strutture erano sufficienti. La materassi era di medie dimensioni, il bagno era pulito e non ha odore di buona ventilazione. È stato piuttosto difficile per i visitatori accedere al desk front, perché non hanno messo alcun telefono su ogni piano che si collega direttamente al lobby/operatore. Ancora meglio se potessero fornire acqua in bottiglia invece di chiederci di ottenere acqua filtrata su una delle schede di quota. In generale, è stato un buon soggiorno e visiterà di nuovo il prossimo giro.
