1. The check-in procedure was not clearly been informed.
2. It was also not been informed earlier that car registration need to be done during the working hours in order to entitle for the free parking fees, end-up a total of RM28.00 been charged for the parking.
3. There was no after sales service. No response was given to the queries raised after check-out.

房東華人，溝通無障礙，人很nice。
酒店位置靠近檳城最大shopping mall，皇后灣廣場。吃吃喝喝方便的很，到機場距離也很近。
樓下各種大排檔營業到很晚，口味豐富，價格實惠。
這間房間背靠五星酒店marjorie，但是絕比五星酒店性價比高，頂層42樓無邊框泳池 ， 健身房，視野也是好的不要不要的。
老闆給準備的廚具和調料基本夠用了，衹需要下樓買點食材就可以在房間自己做合口的飯菜。
謝謝老闆給我們檳城之旅畫上圓滿句號，下次來還住你家。

位置位於喬治老城區和機場之間。離機場挺近的。是公寓樓，頂層有免費游泳池，13層有免費小型遊樂場。房子本身很新，是個小套間，衞生可以，兩個廁所挺方便。有洗衣機和晾衣架，廚房用品，冰箱。住着舒服

非常棒的房主，華語講的很好，一下子打消了我第一次出國的焦慮。一張大床，一個長沙發，可以住一家三口。房間裏很乾凈，洗衣機、電冰箱、電吹風等等都有，公寓樓頂的無邊泳池超級喜歡。
