This was our first stay in this newly renovated “sister”hotel to the Condado Plaza Hotel across the street. I can easily say that this was the best Hilton Garden Inn I have stayed in. The location is just as you cross into the Condado section of San Juan heading east from the cruise ship terminals or at the end if heading from the airport (a $24 taxi ride). It’s a bit quieter than the heart of the Condado. The entire hotel is gleaming— a beautiful airy lobby that opens into the pool area, a breakfast restaurant, and a bar area. We lucked out on an upgrade to a high corner room with panoramic views of the ocean (picture attached) with a wrap around balcony. The room was nicely appointed and definitely upgraded from the previous property. This will be our new favorite when passing through San Juan on the way to adventures beyond. The only negative is the street noise on the side of the hotel but it was balanced by the view in my humble opinion— the view from the other side is of the lagoon also very nice.

Dopo sei giorni di esperienza, la camera è particolarmente buona, ma i prodotti di lavaggio avida utilizzati sono di qualità molto pulita. La piscina della spiaggia dell'hotel è molto comoda. Molti bar e bar possono sempre mangiare al sole e bere e bere in cinque minuti di cammino dell'hotel nella zona commerciale del condado E'sorpreso che ci sia un buon cibo cinese.

Bella boutique hotel. Rimasi una notte tra crociera e casa di volo. Il personale del desk front era super amichevole e utile. La camera dell'hotel era più grande della maggior parte delle camere dell'hotel e il bagno era bello. Il letto potrebbe essere un po'piu' confortevole, ma per una notte era tutto a posto. La posizione era buona e con Uber era meno di 10 dollari per arrivare al vecchio San Juan o al terminale di crociera, all'aeroporto era circa 15 dollari. La terrazza sul tetto era un bonus aggiuntivo. Non ne sapevamo finché non abbiamo letto un commento su di esso. Dovremmo certamente promuovere questo più! La piscina era bella e poteva vedere l'oceano da lì. In generale era un piacevole soggiorno e sarebbe rimasto lì!

Questo è l'hotel perfetto per la mia prima visita a San Juan, e non posso aspettare di tornare. Io e mia madre sono venuto a celebrare il compleanno di mia madre. E quando ci ha detto di fare il check-in, ci sono stati concessi qualche drink per rimborsare prima di lasciare l'hotel per celebrare l'occasione. Grazie Sylviani & Sabilya. Estupendo & Professional in ogni momento! Il personale ci ha trattato bene. Mi piaceva che l'hotel fornisse servizio di navetta da e a Old San Juan & a uno dei vicini dalle spiagge. La nostra vista dal 5° piano era anche grande. Possiamo vedere la piscina e la sorgente d'acqua lungo la strada. La posizione era grande, e molte cose da fare a piedi. Il quartiere T-Mobile era a 2 minuti a piedi. ******, 5 minuti a piedi. Assicurati di ottenere le foto davanti al segno PR che amo che è vicino. Grazie ancora e spero di vedervi presto!

Il nostro soggiorno al Courtyard Isla Verde è stato durante la pausa primavera 31 marzo April 3rd room was outdated with a musky smell immediately exiting the elevator the only day we got our room serviced housekeeping stole my Grandson's Apple Watch and we flipped that sala di sopra a guardare l'orologio quando questo è stato segnalato al direttore incaricato erano molto preoccupati e lo facevano sembrare che se fossimo mentiti non sono mai tornati con noi dopo aver detto a mia figlia che la sicurezza sarà tornata con noi il giorno prossimo La figlia doveva essere proattiva e chiamarli di nuovo, e poi ha parlato con il supervisore di casa che ha detto che non era a conoscenza dell'incidente solo dopo che mia figlia ha chiesto a Valet di mostrare i tempi di controllo e di esibizione per mostrare il capo della sicurezza è venuto e Parla con noi siamo andati dalle 10 alle 18 e l'orologio ultimo registrato all'hotel alle 1:45 e non eravamo là in quel momento la signora che è capo della sicurezza continuava a dire che la persona che ha servito la nostra stanza la puliva circa la Allo stesso tempo l'orologio è scomparso misteriosamente ma ha anche fatto osservare che il custode è stato con loro per un po' è stata una settimana e non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta dalla nostra chiamata e lamentazione all'ufficio aziendale la signora di sicurezza che ha preso il nostro info Guardate di questo hotel non solo rubare i dipendenti e lie’s in need of a major update we stayed in room 816 careful the balcony rails are loose and they had two wedding receptions Fri and Sat night and the bbg were the reception was held is located Già sotto il balcone della stanza 816 la musica è andata nelle ore di notte

Durante il soggiorno al Double Tree By Hilton San Juan, io e mio marito abbiamo avuto la migliore esperienza di sempre. Non so perché qualcuno non sarebbe mai d'accordo. Il personale era cordiale, l'intera area era pulita e accogliente per il COVID, e c'era persino acqua e trasporto gratuiti giornalieri per la spiaggia che si trova a pochi passi dall'hotel. L'hotel offre anche teli mare, sdraio e ombrellone! mi sono divertito un mondo!

L'hotel è stato perfettamente situato per camminare in tutto il vecchio San Juan. Il luogo è davvero caratteristico, portando fuori il suo ambiente storico, fornendo le comodità moderne. I servitori di ufficio erano piacevoli e utili.
Purtroppo, come molti impianti negli ultimi anni, la custodia quotidiana è stata abbassata, il che è un problema in un luogo in cui la carta da toletta deve essere gettata nel cestino, piuttosto che spruzzata. Situato a Isla Verde direttamente sulla spiaggia con accesso alla spiaggia. Vicino all'aeroporto, abbastanza vicino ad altre attrazioni ma alcune sono davvero lontane. Bella striscia di negozi/ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. La piscina è bella e il personale dell'hotel è gentile. Le camere con vista sulla spiaggia sono fantastiche. Non si sono verificati rumori o disturbi forti anche se la camera era proprio di fronte all'ascensore?
