Il servizio in camera dopo le 11 era inesistente. Ho provato a ordinare cibo più volte, il telefono non funzionava e l'app non funzionava. È a 35 minuti dall'aeroporto (assicurati di prenotare un'auto in anticipo perché gli autisti Uber possono essere loschi: il mio ha annullato la prenotazione in macchina e poi ha cercato di fregarmi dopo). Altrimenti, è una spiaggia bellissima, la palestra è adeguata, il cibo è buono e porta un libro e goditi la vita da spiaggia. Paga sicuramente il platinum sull'app perché in hotel costa 45 dollari al giorno per l'upgrade a persona.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo resort una settimana in gennaio. Struttura da mille e una notte ma servizi disastrosi. Ristoranti con un servizio pessimo. Attese negli ordini infinte. Ordinavamo da bere e ci arrivava quando ormai avevamo finito il cibo. Stessa cosa se chiedevi i condimenti. Sembrava quasi ti facessero un favore a servirti. In un resort di un certo livello sono cose che non devono succedere. Le uniche due persone genitili e molto competenti erano Gladys e Ivan del buffet Carribe. Passiamo al servizio reception. UN DISASTRO. La nostra camera si trovava esattamente a un chilometro da tutto. Soggiornavamo in 3 in una camera da 4 e puntualmente tutti i servizi di cortesia, asciugamani ed accappatoi compresi erano solo per due. Segnalato più volte durante tutta la vacanza. Ovviamente il telefono della camera non funzionava e dovevamo ogni volta scendere alla reception che causava non poco disagio. Segnalato anche il fatto del telefono ogni giorno. Il telefono è stato riparato il giorno prima della partenza. Chiesto più volte di parlare con il direttore e puntualmente ci dicevano che non si trovava in struttura. Qualsiasi ora fosse. Pochissime persone che parlino un inglese fluente. Sarà anche un 5 stelle in Repubblica Dominicana ma in Italia ne valerebbe forse 3. Non consigliato affatto.

Ci sono uccelli in fuoco, bevande buone, e la cameriera della reception mi fa molto amichevole.Ci sono bellissime spiagge e la costa.C'è canto e performance magica nel bar della reception la sera.Ogni cameriera femminile che incontro ha un servizio molto buono e entusiasta e amichevole. Il cameriere maschile è molto buono e non amichevole.

Villaggio spettacolare struttura a dir poco incantevole per non parlare dei servizi che sono impeccabili non manca nulla, unica pecca le alghe ma per il resto top , consigliamo la bravissima leticia castillo bel lobby bar che ci ha portato allegria e un serviZio ottimale per ogni richiesta !!!

Ocean Blue è un ristorante di medie dimensioni. Non piccolo. Non grande come Iberostar. Tuttavia, ha un sacco di cena di buona qualità (5) sul sito proprio come i grandi. La loro spiaggia è perfetta con un sacco di cabana gratuita come sedere ombreggiato. Solo sorpresa è stata la nostra negozio di scuba era sul sito, ma la barca reale di immersione era 2 ristoranti in fondo alla spiaggia a Iberostar. A 10 minuti a piedi, nessun problema. Questa parte dell'isola un po' cordiale per immergersi. Piu' chiaro sul lato meridionale. Resort super pulito, sicuro e amichevole personale. Più famiglie e coppie più anziane. Nessun adolescente di Primavera Break! Molto consiglia questo resort per le famiglie.

This resort and beach are beautiful. There was only one problem while we were there. After checking in, when we got to our room there was what looked and felt like oil on the floor. The floor was very slippery. We actually had to hold on to the furniture so we wouldn't fall. It was a process to get staff to come to the room and when they got there it was difficult communicating with them. Finally, a cleaning person came and mopped the floor, and this solved the problem. I have to give a HUGE thank you to Francis. He went above and beyond to help us. Food at the restaurants was great. Food at the buffets was just ok. Food was cold. I ate a salad at every meal (which is not a bad thing) but I struggled to find satisfying options. The selection of fruit/bread was great, and both were a part of every meal. Overall, I would recommend this resort.

Resort molto bello e curato, proprio sulla spiaggia con buona animazione che coinvolge senza essere invadente. Ristorante centrale con piatti vari e buni ci sono anche tematici per variare la cena. Accesso all’acqua park e numerose piscine!

My 3rd review of this hotel. In 2022 I thought it was perfect and returned. in 2023 it was still very good but quality had slipped a bit. I am delighted to report that in 2024 it has returned to the perfection of 2022 and maybe even better, which I suppose proves it wasn't perfect before. What are the changes? i am delighted to say there are a few and all positive. They have added a new restaurant and extended the menu at the existing restaurants. They have added a beautiful new walkway over a small nature reserve to the new Italian restaurant, which is also a new section of the hotel. They have also added waterslides but this is away from the main hotel which is both good for the children and the parents and makes the main pools quieter. The entertainment has also improved and returned to the quality of 2022 or maybe slightly better with typically a singer at 8pm and a show at 9pm , a micro improvement here would be a 14 day rota not 7 days, we did sit through the same shows as last week sometimes. Some form of entertainments for the adults lasting to midnight would be a welcome addition It did feel they were quite pleased if you went to be at 10pm because it means you are not drinking any more., The Butlers have been re badged as personal Concierge, I have no idea what the difference is but ours ,Yacaira was helpful and friendly. We again had a preferred club swim up room and this option is worth the higher price. As previously reported the quality of this hotel is wonderful, no tacky wrist bands, no fobbing you off with cheap drinks. Everything exudes quality. We have now been 3 times and we are thinking of booking again. Top tip, I know the hotel pool is beautiful but do spend some time on the wonderful beach.

Ottimo villaggio. Camere spaziose e pulite. Ampi spazi verdi, giardini , pavoni che camminano liberamente. Buona animazione. Veloce check in e check out. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Spiaggia bellissima con mare stupendo. Grande disponibilità di lettini sia in piscina che in spiaggia. Molti bar con ottimi cocktail. Ragazze sia al buffet che ai bar molto efficienti. Ottimo ristorante buffet. Non abbiamo provato i ristoranti a la carte. Super consigliato

992716535This is our fourth visit this time we decided to do a little bit differently. We love the adults only side but the rooms are a little dated so we booked a room at the Barcelo palace, premium level ocean front in building one, but spent most of our time, in fact, all of our time in the adults only section. The service in this resort is truly spectacular. The ladies by the pool, Belkis, Ava Marleny are truly superb and take care of you with wonderful service. You really don’t need to swim up bar with these ladies George and Marleny from the entertainment team always swing bye have a chat to you very welcome and invite you to do the Zumba etc.. The Buffay at Karibe is awesome. The selection is truly amazing the wait staff from one of the managers, Iris and Maria are such a welcome part to the day. The chefs are more than willing to make anything for you at breakfast not counting salads, cheeses and pastries. I counted 37 options , anybody who complains about this food he’s really not used to traveling I see a lot of mentions about five star you have to understand. This resort is a five star by Barcelo standards not by the international hotel ratings if you would compare this to a four seasons, Conrad, JD Marriott, or Ritz Carlton. Of course it’s not going to measure up, but at 350 at night all inclusive it’s hard to find fault . We met a lot of airline pilots and air crew at this resort. I think it’s fair to say that they are used to staying in pretty high-end properties. All of the pilots recommended Chez gourmet, and we’ve been a number of times. The service is exemplary, and the food is spectacular. My wife could not decide between lobster tail and château Briand so our wonderful server brought her both I must give a big shout out to Mabel and Premium services. She takes care of all our restaurant bookings. Make sure we get the room that we like, and always look out for us having an awesome It is true that the adults only side the rooms are old and in need of refurbishment and the resort is looking a little tired in some areas, but it is spotlessly clean very very well-maintained, and this price point is hard to beat We found our perfect four day vacation spot. We now arrive Sunday leave Thursday stay at the palace side in a premium level, oceanfront Jacuzzi room and spend our time enjoying the beach and the fabulous service at adults only side. I recently read a lot of reviews how people think the staff are surly and rude to be honest with you. I have always found that you get out what you put in , we always make time to chat with the staff. We tip consistently and accordingly and it is very well received. We find the staff at this resort to be exemplary. The lunch Buffay at Las Brisas is truly spectacular. You come ask the chefs to make anything that you like Please, PM me for any questions.

My family and I (myself, husband and 5yr old son) stayed at Princess Family Club from June 15-21. When we arrived Nes at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. He handed me a glass of champagne and quickly got us checked in. Much appreciated after a long day of traveling. He did let us know right away that the elevator was out of order, but that they were working on getting it fixed. Pedro, helped us with our bags and let us know that there was a second elevator but it was waaay in the back. It too was out of order when we checked in but it did work the reminder of our stay. We also saw the elevator maintenance company on site everyday so they were trying to address the issue. It did get fixed on our last night so better late than never. The children’s water park with accompanying buffet and bar were amazing to have access too. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee, beer, cocktails on hand until 4pm was a life saver. My personal favorites were the chicken pastelitos. I always made sure to grab as many as I could when they were on offer. I didn’t get the name of woman who was behind the buffet but she was so kind and greeted us everyday with a beautiful smile. Nikole was our favorite waitress! Also, so kind and attentive. At the kids club my little one was not a fan, but that was mostly because he didn’t connect with the other kids (language barrier). He much preferred being in the pool. Thank the good lord for Nancy!!! She was so amazing all week. Everyday when she saw us she made sure to check on us and always made sure our son was good (and me lol). Food: I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. The food is the family club buffet was very tasty and seasoned well. My favorite meal was at El Pescador. The food was cooked to perfection!! My least favorite meals were at El Guacho and Il Tartufo. At El Guacho the empanadas were just okay. I could tell they weren’t freshly made like the pastelitos I had at Mordisco. At Il Tartufo, the gnocchi in pesto was WAY overcooked and the barnzino with mashed potatoes was very salty. The selections at the main buffet, La Hispañola were also tasty and there were many options for everyone in the family. The Ice Cream truck near the main lobby is so cute and the perfect ending to dinner. We had ice cream every night! In the event that you want something off the menu that’s “special” like the ribeye, it will take 45-50 mins because they do not keep it in that particular restaurant. They have to get it from the central kitchen and it can take time to order, receive and cook it. Definitely not mentioned on the menu. If you really want it, my husband recommends calling way ahead. The WiFi is not that strong and that could definitely use some improvement. The signal is great in the lobbies and restaurants but not great in our room. Seeing as how you need the app to make reservations for dinner having strong WiFi in the rooms would be helpful. Stay far far away from anyone in an orange shirt!!!! They are t

We had an amazing stay at this location. Plenty of parking, with 24 hour security and private gated entrance. The breakfast is absolutely great!! I will definitely return! The heated pool is so relaxing with the outside bar area and restaurant. Rosa and Alvaro were very attentive and professional.

Hotel Flamboyan is a great hotel. The staff are amazing and verys friendly.I have visited 6 times and each time it gets better. The breakfast is very good and it comes with fresh juice. The rooms are confortable and clean. Everything is walking distance. The cigar shop on the corner is great. If you are looking for fun in Bávaro this is the place. 5 stars🏖️
