The home is situated on the Winter Road River (2 Miles from Rainy River which is the gateway to Lake of the Woods), about 4.5 miles NW of Baudette, with a dock and boat access. The home has a deck overlooking the water, a fire pit to enjoy, a large yard and a BEAUTIFUL view! There is plenty of space to park fish houses, boats, etc! House is equipped with TV and WIFI.
