Hotel Monarch - это роскошный отель в самом сердце старого города. С балконов верхних этажей открывается красивый вид на крыши старого Батуми и площадь Европы. Почти все номера отеля с балконами. Хорошо обустроены. Мне показалось, что отель совсем новый. Внизу в ресторане подают вкусный завтрак (шведский стол) . Много грузинских сыров, овощей, фруктов, омлеты и вкусный кофе . На ресепшен очень красивые улыбающиеся девушки. Не верьте тому, что говорят, что к русским плохо относятся. Мы были в Тбилиси и Батуми и везде в отелях и ресторанах к нам относись с улыбкой. Иногда молодежь просила говорить на английском. Батуми и отель Монарх обязательны к посещению !! Они оба прекрасны !!

Hotel Aisi lavorava bene per me per due settimane. La mia stanza era pulita, tranquilla, molto spaziosa, confortevole. Wi-Fi decente. Bello balcone. La decorazione è deliziosa, anche se un po' datata. I nuovi hotel a Batumi tendono a avere una strana decorazione con colori strani che non posso stare, e mobili meno comodi. Il loro ristorante ha una bella vista con balcone. Buffet di colazione grande, sempre delizioso. Ho avuto anche dei buoni pranzi. Ho trovato tutti i loro dipendenti molto amichevoli e utili. Molti parlano inglese. Non sono un perpetuo spiaggiatore, quindi non importa che sia una passeggiata corta alla spiaggia. Buona posizione centrale conveniente per la maggior parte della città. È stata una buona base per il mio lavoro e per godere di Batumi. Ho soggiornato in molti hotel a Batumi. Credetemi, potete pagare molto di più e ottenere molto meno di Hotel Aisi.

Grande posto per soggiornare. Molto Cody camera con una splendida vista della città. Un po' difficile da trovare, quindi vale la pena chiamare il proprietario quando arrivate. E' super bello e verrà a prendervi. Era anche super utile, fornendo tutti i tipi di informazioni sulla città

Бронировали данный апартамент на сайте booking за месяц до поездки, сразу указали что у нас планируется свадебное путешествие. Перед поездкой за неделю указал что приедем в определенное время. Когда мы приехали в комплекс , апартамент еще не был готов , хотя я заранее писал что мы приедем в 16 часов … Менеджер Михаил заверил нас , что в 17:00 все будет готово По итогу мы заселились только в 17:30. Сразу же включили кондиционер и увидели что он течет, сообщили об этом в «оперативный» чат и лично Михаилу . Нам посоветовали не включать его на слишком низкую температуру 🤷🏼♂️🤦♂️ , ок включили на 25- все равно течет.. на следующий день мы пошли в 603 номер , в само агентство которое сдало нам этот апартамент, нам ответили что телевизор и кондей починят сегодня, ок, поверили. По факту же вечером ситуация не поменялась, пришлось опять идти к ним и ругаться, в итоге телевизор починили, кондей так же течет. Но нашу просьбу о переселении ответ был однозначный: таких же номеров нет … самое интересное что чат работает с 10 до 19 (но ответа в нем приходилась ждать более суток), а на ресепшене комплекса ничем не могут помочь, так как квартира принадлежит частному лицу… 💆🏼♂️ 2 дня просили сделать уборку … Что по итогу: Кондиционер тек на протяжении всей недели , телевизор починили спустя 2 дня , уборку сделали только после некоторых просьб. Скудный набор посуды(2 вилки, 2 ложки , 2 чайные ложки, 1 тупой кухонный нож, доска , сковородка и кастрюля , разваливающаяся лопатка) Безумное безразличие сотрудников агенства “Grand city real estate” на гостей , грязные номера, на стенах какие то пятна, постельное белье в катышках , грязная душевая, прожженные шторы ,сломанное сиденье на унитазе(починили спустя 2 дня), всего полноценная уборка была 1 раз за неделю, включая смену полотенец и вынос мусора. Из позитивного нам подарили бутылку вина и коробку Рафаэло (так как мы молодожены ) но спустя 4 дня и напоминания (я пошел на принцип, так как при заселении Михаил сам сказал что нам будет подарок) !! Категорически не советую бронировать Апартаменты через это агенство!! Частные лица сдают такие же апартаменты гораздо дешевле (~120 лари сутки) , мы же заплатили 210 лари за сутки. Либо через сам комплекс бронируйте

La prima volta che siamo arrivati, il personale dell'hotel era molto amichevole e professionale, sembravano ben addestrato, il colazione era davvero buono, molte opzioni.. La stanza era super pulita .. sono il team di front desk è stato molto consapevole e utile per raccomandare bellissimi luoghi a Batumi .. Ho fortemente raccomandato di dargli un tentativo , sono sicuro che sarete soddisfatti

Bbloodymaryatseat40jL'hotel è ben mantenuto, la camera era spaziosa, il letto era ok e i mobili sono nuovi. La posizione ha supermercati e alcuni buoni ristoranti accanto a esso, ma non si trova in una zona molto sicura alla notte. Un gruppo di bambini ha cercato di rubarmi un isolato da esso.
Il servizio non è affatto brutto, ma un solo membro conosceva l'inglese e era un po' fretta e non interessata. Il personale parla molto forte a metà della notte e non si trova mai sul desktop. La stanza non era pulita o era offerta di essere pulita durante il mio soggiorno di 2 notti.

Ci sono balconi in camera da letto e soggiorno, ciascuno può uscire per vedere il paesaggio, ma non è in direzione del mare (il paesaggio può vedere attraverso la finestra)
C'è un campo di calcio sul mare, un palla da spiaggia, un campo di calcio da 7 persone, un campo di calcio da 7 persone, che è un prezzo basso per 50 Larry per un'ora, pari a RMB 130, e mi sorprende piu'che un paio di stadi che fanno illuminare il fuoco. La hall è veramente enorme e spettacolare. Camere nella norma forse bisognose di un po' di manutenzione. Bello il bagno. Piscina e zona spa ampie, accoglienti e curate. Personale gentile e professionale. Un ringraziamento particolare al Direttore che ha saputo risolvere in breve tempo un piccolo inconveniente. Ristorante all'ultimo piano con vista davvero spettacolare. Colazione stratosferica. Prezzo adeguato. Molto consigliato.

OOljaNome troppo papotico per un appartamento con riparazione di qualità media. Non male a un prezzo così. Il più grasso meno è il riscaldamento. Abbiamo fermato nel dicembre nonostante la strada +15 C , un condizionatore d'aria per due camere semplicemente non ha affrontato la sua missione. Siamo stati il più vicino possibile, svegliati con il naso del ghiaccio. Obbligo di prendere scarpe o calzini caldi, nel piano della sala da soggiorno di tessere, scarpe mono-tempo nella stanza non sono, i piedi congelati)
Dagli plus - un look chic, la cucina è abbastanza ben attrezzata.

I found this hotel to be in a very good location, it is old-fashioned, with clean and spacious rooms; our stay was comfortable, with no complaints about the room; however, the staff at the reception desk was unfriendly with minimal customer service experience. The breakfast is served in a large area, so we always find a good table. The food was average, but specialty coffees were not included; I paid ten laris daily for a latte, but the restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. The ****** on the ground floor is small and filled with ************* and a few dealer's tables. The staff at the ****** reception is also unfriendly. Overall is an average hotel but the price is convenient for a large room.
