Booking saat peak season, dan check in jam 21.30, mendapat kamar sisa dengan sprei ukuran single bed yg dipasang horizontal di dipan king bed (bagian yg tertutup selimut separuh tanpa sprei), WiFi tdk jalan, meja dalam kamar tanpa kursi, kamar tdk bisa dikunci dan untuk memasang sprei yg benar serta mendatangkan teknisi utk membetulkan pintu dibutuhkan waktu hingga jam 23.30, saya menyadari keterbatasan untuk melayani pengunjung yg sangat banyak, namun itu cukup menguras kesabaran..

Clean room comfy bed complete amenities clean bathroom nice service all staff , pool at roof top is a plus. thanks to bellboy staff ROVi , Fast check in and Delicious brf . Its enjoyable stay. For lil advice maybe having lil playground or kids corner wil be nicer .

Situato in un buon posto con una buona vista sulle montagne, la vista è buona e l'aria è buona. Sembra che la qualità dell'acqua della piscina non è buona perché è in stagione esterna. Il cibo non è raccomandato per varietà o gusto.

la stanza è spaziosa, pulita, buon servizio e vista sulla montagna prezzo molto conveniente

I have travelled with my wife for our Anniversary. I booked this hotel because of high rating in trip.com. However, I don’t feel like its worth the price. For a 5 star resort, it lacks lot of features and amenities. I am not complaining, the stay was good. The staff were great! However, I felt not satisfied either what the resort provided. First thing, It’s not big enough for a resort. Second, The rooms looked a bit old. I stayed in Premiere room, and the wash basin area is open towards the room. Personally, i don’t like this. Either put it inside washroom dry area, or put a door between bedroom and closet space. Anyway, the toiletries were still provided in plastics tubes. For a resort like this , i hope they can go for refillable soap dispensers instead of increasing this plastic wastage. Also , going to your room is like a game of maze. You have to take two elevator and walk a lot. If you want to go to parking area, add additional one more elevator.Thats a lot!

Il tranquillo resort perché in mezzo alle aree residenziali, non troppo spazio per la piscina, Spazio, abbastanza balcone

Vecchi hotel che è stato cambiato al concetto di parco tematico dell'hotel. Purtroppo, non è ancora molto pronto per esso. Il bagno della camera in cui sono rimasto, il tetto era moldo e un po' di legno era un po' peeling. Molte statue sono così spaventose. Sebbene i camerieri siano amichevoli, sembra che ci sia una mancanza di personale per gli hotel e i viaggi così tanto che influisce anche sulla pulizia dell'hotel che dovrebbe essere il massimo.
