Hotel a Batu Pahat

"Sono stata sorpresa dal servizio dal personale di parcheggio fino al momento del check-out. Mi soddisfa davvero le aspettative. Ricevo i polsi a tutti i servizi forniti 👍. I miei 3 bambini hanno ricevuto il pacchetto regalo dei bambini. La stanza è pulita e tutte le strutture sono là. Solo 1 a terra la mia stanza è un po 'non abbastanza fredda. Potrebbe essere la dimensione della stanza è grande. Certamente rimarrò indietro se ho la possibilità di passare la notte a batu problem. Da quando ero rimasto il fine settimana ci sono forniture di colazione per noi."

"Checked into Pinetree Hotel in Batu Pahat on my birthday. Reception staff was quick to notice my birthday on my passport & wished me happy birthday. Though no freebies given, it was still a nice gesture. 😁 The stay was value for money. Room was spacious & clean, except the water in the shower seemed to flow too slow, suspect there's some clog. It's a bit further away from old town where most popular local eats are, so we always had to book Grab to get there."

"Limited parking. Staff friendly and pleasant. Room clean , towels provided clean and amenities acceptable. 2 bottles of 500ml RO water provided a bit unpleasant taste and it’s from Sibu. 🤔 Overall score : 7/10"

"The hotel uses carpet, so it's a bit dull and not vacuumed, plus the windows are closed. The television broadcast in each room is interrupted and the broadcast is always stiff. The shower is slow to change to hot water, you have to wait a few minutes. The workers are hard-working, but sometimes they can't help because the equipment is a bit old, even if you call repeatedly, it's a pity to disturb. The toilet is ordinary but ok. The space is narrow to perform prayers. The duvet has spots that are not clean. Good air conditioning, good parking, reasonable prices"

"Good hotel to stay as simple as u can. Just enough for my 1 night stay with my friends 👍🏻 The location was veryy goood, near to the centre of Batu Pahat n also very near to Bus Terminal Bp as what i need. The room was just nice. Not the spacey one but still all the amenities is nice. Got the water heater too 👍🏻 Tq!"

"Il servizio è buono. Attento con trip.com come prenoto per 2 camere e pagato anche per 2 camere, ma quando arrivo all'hotel, hanno detto che ricevevano solo una prenotazione di 1 camera e mi hanno anche mostrato la prenotazione dal loro sistema. Dopo 30 minuti di discussione e sono così fortunata quella notte, qualcuno uscirà presto e ho 2 camere e il ricevitore è molto gentile e utile. Continuate a scusarmi per cose che non sono loro colpa, ma ho una stanza diversa da quello che ho prenotato, ma penso che sia tutto a posto, perché l'hotel è stato prenotato completamente. La porta ha un problema che non funziona bene, ma io rimango solo per 1 notte, quindi non c'è problema con me. Altri, sono soddisfatto del servizio e della stanza. La stanza e il bagno sono molto spaziosi e abbiamo un buon sonno. Grazie al receptionista."

"Service and location were great, and there were lots of parking space. The only drawback was that the room wasn't soundproof. Cars passing by the hotel were quite noisy and we could hear conversations from the rooms next to us."
