Hanno camere con temi diversi, quindi puoi parlare con l'hotel di che tipo di camera vuoi, ma non c'è alcuna garanzia che puoi sempre scegliere.Voglio dire, potrebbero essere molto affollate alla stagione di picco. Questo hotel è sicuramente un cielo per bambini di 3-8 anni. Ha molte strutture a favore dei bambini, come piccolo parco sportivo all'interno, piscina con pochi slide, mini golf con 10+ buchi, salita di parete all'aperto e Ninja Adventure. Per gli anziani, ci sono anche una biblioteca davanti al parco interno, una piscina, un jacuzzi, una sauna e vapore, biliardo, ping pong, e anche una piccola palestra. Inoltre, sono tutti liberi.

I was not impressed with the looks from the outside; looked like a converted fancy ”Ruko” at first glance. Limited parking spaces. Location wise is good, easy to access, and close to theme park/recreational area and some good dining places. Lobby room was decent. Check-in and check-out process was a bit slower for my likes, but still okay. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Lift was not impressive; kind of slow. Overall layout of the hotel did not present a 4-stars hotel. Room was a bit dusty in the toilet at that time; cannot fool my dust allergy. Shower room was not sealed. That's why the water from the shower was spilling everywhere. Overall room layout was good and spacious, but I found some molds on the ceiling and windows. There were a trace of water leaking on the ceiling and window. The room was not soundproofed properly. Lighting and switch arrangements were a bit odd for me, but still manageable. The in room entertainment was decent; cannot watch some tv show when the weather bad outside. I don't know why that happened. Amenities were very good especially the quality of each amenity. Internet was super slow and unstable by Telkom; barely hit 2Mbps on both download and upload. Most of the time only about 1Mbps or less and then fail to connect; forcing me to use my cellphone data for zoom meetings. I won't comment on in-room dining because I don't have any experience on that during my stay, but looking at the menu at a glance seems expensive. Pool was small and no private access to the pool on the first floor; has to use the same lift on the lobby and basically everyone on the first floor can see anyone swimming. We weren't have a good experience with the SkyHill Dining and Bar either. The worst thing about this hotel was smoking. There were a lot of people from a very large tour group smoked on the public outdoor places at the time we stayed and looking from everyone faces and gestures including the staffs seem that smoking is very common to do so in here. For this reason alone, I am ruling out this hotel to stay with my family especially with my kids, but I will consider as another option to stay on a business trip if the price is extremely good and the internet connection are good enough for zoom, streaming, and any video calls.

This is the first time I have visited this most unique hotel in Batu City, it turns out that there are several types of new rooms offered, namely Superior and Deluxe floor 6, and Executive on floor 7, with a choice of views overlooking the city, or facing Batu Secret Zoo, and these are what is interesting for me is being able to stay at a hotel while feeling a sensation like staying the night in the middle of a forest with various animal sounds. With prices between 500 s.d. 900, it seems that it is quite whorted to stay here, you can immediately take a trip to Batu Secret Zoo and the Animal Museum.

Stando vicino alle montagne, toccando la natura strettamente, l'atmosfera è molto fredda, incredibile che il giorno è caldo ma la notte è molto fredda, ma la stanza dovrebbe essere migliorata, il suono dei bambini che correno fame fuori è molto alto, Come la stanza non mantiene molto suono.Ma stanza pulita, buona posizione, vedere Mount Batu

Molto soddisfacente e consigliato. Bello, comodo, accogliente hotel come a casa, strutture complete, dipendenti amichevoli, e prezzi accessibili. Solo un input se può essere aggiunto alla armada di navetta perché la stagione di fine settimana è sempre più ospiti, quindi aspettare il pick-up è un po' lungo, soprattutto il tempo di check-out. Spero che la suggerimento possa essere costruito per essere meglio in futuro.

But when I arrived at this hotel, the first impression that my family and I felt was the cold temperature around this hotel location. Amarthahills is a hotel with the highest location compared to other hotels in Batu city. The view from the hotel, including the room I booked is spectacular. I can see the beauty of the mountains and the city of Batu from the balcony of my room. The calm and comfortable atmosphere surrounded by extraordinary views is the best description for me when staying at this hotel. Even in the morning I can see the clouds below this hotel area. This hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor (floor with the hotel lobby), where we can enjoy breakfast there. Food is very varied and dominated by Indonesian cuisine. The taste is quite good especially for some types of food. This hotel also has a rooftop restaurant, namely Fifteen Celsius Sky Lounge, which serves drinks and some western menus. If you stay at this hotel, take the time to go up to the Fifteen Celsius, because you will be able to enjoy food and drinks while looking at a very beautiful view. Swimming pool and several meeting rooms are also available in this hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a TV with some channels, wifi is also good. There is a fridge, wardrobe, coffee, tea and mineral water. Hair dryer and toilet amenities are also available in the bathroom. Staff service is very friendly and fast response. In the room that I ordered, it turned out that the lighting was not bright enough because one of the lights went out. The staff immediately provided a table lamp which really helped light up the room. The hotel staff is really very helpful. If you want to find a place to stay in a quiet Batu city, away from the crowds, with a spectacular view, I recommend you to book this hotel.

Sono rimasto per una notte. Non è lontano dalla stazione ferroviaria, a meno di 20 minuti a piedi. L'hotel mi ha consentito di check-in prima nonostante nessuna richiesta personale al momento della prenotazione. Ho prenotato il prezzo più basso senza colazione perché non sapevo cosa offrono per colazione in questi tempi. Uno dei miei ricordi più è che l'armadio e il legno odore bene, penso che sia jasmine. Sono stati sufficienti i servizi, inclusi i pantaloni. Letto e le mutandine erano comodi. La cabina e la maniglia della porta non erano in buone condizioni (le serrature erano libere), e la scatola di sicurezza era chiusa, non potevo usarla. L'hotel ha giocato musica instrumentale sui portavoce, ma è piuttosto disturbante quando è 10:00 e si può sentirlo dalla stanza. Ho trovato le sporche di un ospite precedente sotto il letto, e la sala da pranzo pubblico sul lobby non era abbastanza pulita. I ricevitori erano a posto, non interagiva con altri dipendenti. Non mi importa di rimanere qui di nuovo.
