This old dame is a little tired ( 30 years old) but functional and got great grounds and gardens and well maintained. An upgrade to a sea view room was most appreciated. Service was prompt although at time the wait time could be improved but what the hell you are on holidays. A worth mention is the welcoming and caring attitude of all staff of the hotel. Buffet breakfast was well balanced and offer local and western food items. Good size pool with separate children’s pool, sufficient loungers at most times. A better spread of T V channels would be nice but if not be sure you bring a tablet or iPad along to get informed about happenings, Wi-Fi is available everywhere so is good thing. Am pleased with the hotel.

My friend and I stayed at the hotel for over one month when we did our internship in Lombok. We can honestly say that it was a 5 star experience. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We really loved our room especially the bathroom. We also spent many hours swimming and playing in the pool. We really appreciated the friendliness of the staff. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

Molto bel hotel. Ottimo personale. Grande camera, grande letto. Bello balcone. E' molto comodo rimanere in questo hotel. La mia prima opzione quando di nuovo a Lombok.

Si trova in buona posizione, 10 minuti a piedi per il negozio conveniente. Il sengigi ma lontano da altri hotel, 15-20 min passeggiata facile per la collina ad altri ristoranti. Ci è un ristorante di alimenti per mare vicino, ma il ristorante dell'hotel è abbastanza buono con un prezzo ragionevole. Bfast è ala carta e grande. Spiaggia è buona ma non per nuotare. Piscina è grande. Noi noleggiamo scooter dal servizio organizzato dell'hotel. È meno di un'ora di guida a jet per andare sull'isola di Gili. Non la migliore area di giornata, ma il giornata è una delle migliori mai. Ci sono solo pochi bungalow in tutto l'hotel. Molto tranquillo e ho avuto una grande esperienza in lombok, altamente raccomandato e sicuramente ritornerò. Il personale è grande e molto utile e amichevole.

Il luogo perfetto per una settimana di riposo e relax. Struttura fantastica, piscina proprio fuori dalla mia stanza. Ero molto felice qui. Il colazione era ok. La mia unica denuncia sarebbe quella di giocare a biliardo/snooker, mentre altri cercano di godere del loro colazione e della calma. All'improvviso, l'ospite strano comincia a rovesciare le palle di biliardo intorno al suono. Il biliardo/snooker borde dovrebbe essere vietato al colazione, altrimenti sarebbe stato bello qui.
