Recentemente siamo stati al Park Royal Penang Resort e abbiamo avuto una splendida esperienza.Una delle caratteristiche di standout è stato il complimentare distributore di ghiaccio nel lobby di livello un tale pensiero e comodo toccamento, soprattutto nei giorni caldi. Ci sono stati anche piacevolmente sorpresi dai biscotti di complimentazione quotidiana, che hanno aggiunto un bel toccamento personale al nostro soggiorno. Il resort è situato vicino alla spiaggia e una vivace spiaggia di basar, dove ci piaceva la bussola notturna. Abbiamo anche ricevuto un grande aiuto dalla squadra di servizio clienti, che ha aiutato con le modalità di trasporto per esplorare intorno a Penang così conveniente! L'hotel è pulito, ben mantenuto e molto conveniente, con tutte le attrezzature necessarie per un soggiorno confortevole. In generale, ci siamo davvero divertiti qui e consiglierei molto Park Royal Penang Resort a chiunque cercasse una via di rilassamento e senza problemi. Poiché abbiamo dovuto andare in anticipo e avevamo già pagato il buffet per il colazione, abbiamo chiesto loro di fare colazione per noi, e hanno accolto la nostra richiesta con grazia, e hanno fatto in modo che fossero in buone condizioni. Grande tempo di famiglia! Per coloro che hanno la famiglia, questo è un luogo perfetto, perché ci sono una piscina sorprendente, un parco di gioco indoor e anche una spiaggia vicino. Il cibo può essere un problema leggero, poiché le opzioni disponibili non sono molto rispetto al soggiorno a George Town. We stayed at the Shangri-la Rasa Sayang resort as part of a journey down memory lane. Having lived in Penang in my childhood I was visiting with my wife after over 40-years and the only place I wanted to stay was this hotel where I had once been as a young boy. I’m glad to say that the hotel not only fulfilled my emotional needs but stands tall for its prime beach location, grand design, lush gardens, amazing buffet, and exotic ocean views. The reception staff recognized my milestone birthday at check in and sent us a bottle of red wine 😊 which was a great start. Our room had one of the best views from the balcony (most rooms have a good view) and a very comfortable bed, fully equipped bathroom and amenities. Outside the buffet in the morning are two hawkers preparing Teh Tarik and Kaya Toast while the buffet itself includes Malaysian, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Western, and bakery sections. It’s a large dining area inside but also a lot of garden seating with ocean views. We got massages on the beach both days (which I highly recommend) and my wife also got a facial at their spa. Ours was the Garden Wing which is newer with an artistic pool area but the adjacent Rasa Wing which dates back to the original hotel is also equally good. The Batu Ferringhi road is lined with hotels and hawker markets which really come alive at night…we did walk through them once but preferred to relax in the resort itself. It’s a 20-25-min drive from Georgetown and about 30-45-min from the Penang bridge. If you’re looking to get the best in terms of a relaxing holiday and ease of access to other parts of Penang, I would highly recommend this hotel!

È stato il mio primo soggiorno di esperienza in questo hotel...receptionist n staff è stato buono n così amichevole...il mio giorno fortunato perché mi hanno aggiornato la mia camera da una camera deluxe con balcone con marea faccia a un vestito deluxe con balcone faccia...la stanza era spaziosa n pulita...camera Le strutture sono buone...Visualizza hotel è bella n vicino alla spiaggia...Amore soggiorno udito perché molto tranquillo n.. colazione era buono n amore il caffè 🥰.. ripeterà di nuovo.. Molto facile da parcheggiare

Very friendly staff, very high customer flow, modern interior design although slightly showing age. However seems a problem with the air conditioning which does not seem to dehumidify and keeps emitting humid air and makes slightly discomforting experience.

Arrived around 4pm and check in consider fast although got few guest at counter. Room all ok and cleanliness acceptable. Didnt take the breakfast because we want to explore the place. Pool also good for children. Will come back in future.

Booking with TRIP.COM is super easy peasy, there is no hidden charge. Room was as expected, worthy with the price. All facilities provided functioned well. The only concern with my booking was the type of room. I picked room with twin bed, but then I got one queen bed and the hotel did not let me know during check in. Anyway it was not a big issue since I came with my family and only for one night stay.
