Unfortunately, our stay in the apartment was overshadowed by the following: 1. The apartment is actually smaller than stated in the photo. When I informed the staff about this and said that we should have a table, not a bar counter, they told me that this was the room that we had booked. 2. The internet was not working in the room. When we stopped by and informed the employee about this, he said that he had contacted the provider and the Internet would work within two hours, and if not, we would be relocated in the morning. The Internet did not work, other reception staff refused to relocate us and gave us the Internet password of the next room. In this regard, the Internet worked only in our kitchen, the network did not catch in the rooms. 3. Due to the fact that the Internet did not work, the TV did not work at all for all 5 days of our stay. 4. Very little information about the room. As it turned out, there are certain switches for sockets and hot water that we did not know about (there is no such thing in our country). Because of this, certain problems have arisen. 5. One day, electricity was cut off throughout the house for 6 hours - we were shocked. As they said at the reception - this information was in the lobby of the hotel, but I do not understand why it could not be reported at check-in. There were a few more nuances: a watering can does not hold in the shower, there are no shelves for shampoo and it literally has to be put on the floor, a cold pool despite the heat - but these are small things

Good location. Lobby area was full of guests and some guests left their litters.

The location is very convenient and have a great view from the room. The staff were friendly and nice. However, the room was a bit of a let down compared to the photos. I was given a king bed and twin bed but they were quick to change the twin bed to a queen bed by giving us another room. The lifts I would say are very slow and the scanning of card sometimes have problems. The bathroom does not have a holder to put your soap, instead you have to put on the floor and use your shower amenities. There were wear and tears starting to be seen but can be overcome with proper maintenance. Additionally, wifi is not very good and sometimes drop connection. Overall, I would give it a 3.9/5. It is a decent place that fit your basic needs.

Room is on 15th floor not so high. Mean twin tower view is blocked by other buildings. Very less power sockets. Swimming pool and Gym was great.

Location is very good.near Twin tower and downtown

The check in and check out process is slow.The carpark need to go up many levels up to park as allocated slots.There is no cleaning services provided and only one day of towel provided throughtout the stay.The dustbin was not clear unless we call them up to change .Overall not good experience will not come back again.

it was just ok, the room has bad smell, the washing machine was not working, the toilet clogged we wouldn't come back again..

Only the coffee they they put is use already and open. The rest ok. Thanks

The apartment looked bigger in the photos. It was clean and tidy. The beds were firm and the pillows a bit too bulky. The rooftop pool was amazing but unfortunately it closes at 10p so we didn’t get to enjoy it as we were on a very short stay. The location was ok not super walkable but easy to get to by car. Check in and out was pretty easy however, only provided 1 key for 3 adults. Water in the shower wasn’t really hot & didn’t drain well but it had good pressure. Would stay here again.
