So excited to use that room so forgot about to take pictures but this food i buy at area the concepts hotel..tq very recommended for fmly..will repeat at same hotels..fyi , this is my 4 time im here tq ya

Nice hotel with perfect comfort. Only exception is that there is no kettle to make hot water. So, couldn't eat hot food like Maggi In my room. Besides that, everything alright.

Room and bathroom was very clean and comfy. Very near to the Batu Caves and room had view of Mountains through the window.

Nice place stay for a while. Toilet and room was clean, room was provided with ceiling fan eventho there is aircond but the room wasn’t hv a good noise barrier. But its ok… Staff at the reception was really nice. Thanks!!!

For me everything is perfect ✌ The room is super duper comfortable 😊 Environment is ok, quite noisy because the location was so near with the road. But for sure i really like the view 🥰 Will come again for the next trip 🤗 Very very recommended ! 👍

Very clean and the location is very strategic

staff was super friendly!! room was clean, and spacious. parking was quite limited at night, but you can park elsewhere, but a bit far. the only prob is the sound proofing, but you get what you paid for. 4.8/5

Come back this hotel again because of its budget price. This time round I am taking the room facing room and so far still able to sleep after closing all the windows.

The hotel was okay. Staff was nice. Can call for housekeeping if you need the room to be cleaned

Soap dispenser and bathroom exhaust fan does not work properly have already informed reception however no action taken everytime was told that maintenance people cannot come, Small cockroaches was found inside the bathroom and crawling inside the room. One of The lift that has staircase at G floor doors does not work properly as the elevator door does not open when the lift arrived at g floor and usually smelly odors can be felt during midnight time, already informed the front desk staff that wears spectacle that works during the morning shift regarding this experience few times but I was told there is nothing that she can do about it because this not her problem and she told me that this is hotel owner responsibility , no courtesy to apologize regarding the inconvenience and refused to feedback to management team.. The other reception staffs are very humble and attentive to customer request. Overall good stay at this hotel just minor issues found as highlighted above.

too high price for budget hote where else budget hotel around here is rm50 belowl and housekeeping service bad always. always no time to do housekeeping. reception staff not friendly

Weekend price is too far expensive for the size of room and amenities. Weekdays is Rm100 to Rm120. Weekends will be Rm140. No water bottles or kettle inside the room. You need to walk out to water. No tea or coffee sachets.
