Hanno camere con temi diversi, quindi puoi parlare con l'hotel di che tipo di camera vuoi, ma non c'è alcuna garanzia che puoi sempre scegliere.Voglio dire, potrebbero essere molto affollate alla stagione di picco. Questo hotel è sicuramente un cielo per bambini di 3-8 anni. Ha molte strutture a favore dei bambini, come piccolo parco sportivo all'interno, piscina con pochi slide, mini golf con 10+ buchi, salita di parete all'aperto e Ninja Adventure. Per gli anziani, ci sono anche una biblioteca davanti al parco interno, una piscina, un jacuzzi, una sauna e vapore, biliardo, ping pong, e anche una piccola palestra. Inoltre, sono tutti liberi.

The first time I headed to this hotel, I was a bit surprised because to get to this hotel the road was quite uphill and not too wide. But when I arrived at this hotel, the first impression that my family and I felt was the cold temperature around this hotel location. Amarthahills is a hotel with the highest location compared to other hotels in Batu city. The view from the hotel, including the room I booked is spectacular. I can see the beauty of the mountains and the city of Batu from the balcony of my room. The calm and comfortable atmosphere surrounded by extraordinary views is the best description for me when staying at this hotel. Even in the morning I can see the clouds below this hotel area. This hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor (floor with the hotel lobby), where we can enjoy breakfast there. Food is very varied and dominated by Indonesian cuisine. The taste is quite good especially for some types of food. This hotel also has a rooftop restaurant, namely Fifteen Celsius Sky Lounge, which serves drinks and some western menus. If you stay at this hotel, take the time to go up to the Fifteen Celsius, because you will be able to enjoy food and drinks while looking at a very beautiful view. Swimming pool and several meeting rooms are also available in this hotel. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a TV with some channels, wifi is also good. There is a fridge, wardrobe, coffee, tea and mineral water. Hair dryer and toilet amenities are also available in the bathroom. Staff service is very friendly and fast response. In the room that I ordered, it turned out that the lighting was not bright enough because one of the lights went out. The staff immediately provided a table lamp which really helped light up the room. The hotel staff is really very helpful. If you want to find a place to stay in a quiet Batu city, away from the crowds, with a spectacular view, I recommend you to book this hotel.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Comfortable hotel. Easy to find location. I stayed in a deluxe room, unfortunately I forgot to ask for a room with a view. Breakfast is quite good, unique dining room with beautiful mountain views.

sono rimasti qui 2 volte e non sono mai delusi. il personale è amichevole e veloce. le camere sono spaziose e pulite. anche se la camera ha aria condizionata, ma durante il soggiorno non ha girato il condizionatore d'aria, era molto freddo. ogni camera ha un balcone, e non fumatori. ottenere il numero di stanza 221, vista junior è bella ✨

Old hotel, ma abbastanza ben mantenuto. Ogni giorno il colazione cambia e è molto dinamico. Non stanco. Per una vacanza di famiglia con un bambino vale la pena. La posizione è anche strategica da molti turisti. In Syaa Allah ritornerà qui se ogni vacanza a Malang. Grazie a tutto l'hotel.

The location was abit off city area. Need to travel by Gogek or Grab to nearest mall. But there’s a Indomaret below and opp is University and Polytechnic. Nice big pool and now the aircon and hot water all good. But my room #1176 the drainage water very slow,always flooded when I shower. Terima.kasih bynk but price is good 😊

Molto adatto se usato per soggiornare per giorni. Spaziale garage, adatto per gli ospiti che portano i loro veicoli. Ti sentirai a casa, mi fermerò di nuovo.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel stesso era molto buono. Ci piaceva in particolare che il nostro check-in precoce potesse essere ospitato. Il personale era molto utile. Abbiamo trovato un buon colazione con molte scelte. Una mattina, dovevamo uscire molto presto per visitare il monte Bromo, quindi abbiamo chiesto una scatola di colazione che aveva una buona selezione di cibo all’interno di essa; le aree erano molto belle, con molte poche messe e pesci, e la piscina sembrava buona. La parte inferiore era che la posizione non era molto centrale a Batu, quindi era necessario un taxi. Eravamo là due notti, e una mattina c'era un matrimonio che sembrava dominare la piscina e la zona di colazione al mattino. Non è un'infrazione per noi, ma un'inquietudine se avessimo pianificato una diga mattinale!

JjoGLOW81Ho trascorso le mie vacanze per 2 giorni in questo elegante hotel. La mia prima impressione su questa proprietà è stata grande. Troverete divano lazy e erba verde artificiale in ogni balcone e guardare una vista impressionante della città di Batu . La posizione è molto facile da trovare, dal momento che si trova solo passo avanti al famoso parco tematico di Batu. La camera e il letto erano così puliti e confortevoli. Otterrete anche 2 bottiglie di acqua minerale e tè e cereali... beh... Pensavo che questo potrebbe essere un servizio di valore aggiunto per questa proprietà. Per i viaggiatori musulmani, non riuscivo a trovare la direzione del kiblat sia sopra il tetto o altrove in questa stanza. Non forniscono nemmeno il saroong per la gente di pregare. Quindi, dovresti portare da solo. Pensavo che questa proprietà debba essere considerata anche per il coz di pendenza di vestiti, nemmeno io trovo questo nella stanza. Infine, per il gestore dell'hotel e il gestore della HR, è necessario vedere l'analisi delle esigenze di formazione perché il tuo agente di servizio ospite era povero e mancava di risposta. Sono un po' deluso per diverse esigenze ignorate. Beh ...su tutta la scelta è il tuo lettore

Nei vicini dell'hotel, è facile trovare il pedagang kaki lima, ristorante e kiosk per trovare cibi come pecel, soto e gorengan per colazione e nasj goreng, ayam telur, mie ayam ecc per cena
Per il presente regalo di snack, si ottiene al paradiso di Toko olh-oleh e Ken dedes, e anche vicino alla fabbrica di apple kripik e nangka casa con marchio LEO al posto del gang kripik

The Resort is set on a very large area with extensive gardens, footpath cum jogging around the hotel.
Plenty of wet weather and evening activities, well organised and supervised by the EXCELLENT staff, who ALWAYS courteous and have a ready smile.
The rooms are very comfortable, being a good size, clean and having plenty of storage space.
Food is plentiful, good quality, with lots of choice for each meal in large uncrowded restaurants.
Lot's of quiet areas for sitting / relaxing, with plenty of snack menu's and choice of beverage.
Car parking is ample, with security / access / location from the main Batu / Malang road being easy & simple.
Views of the surrounding hilly scenery and extensive well manicured gardens around the Resort make it scenic and tranquil.

UUtente ospiteI was not impressed with the looks from the outside; looked like a converted fancy ”Ruko” at first glance. Limited parking spaces. Location wise is good, easy to access, and close to theme park/recreational area and some good dining places. Lobby room was decent. Check-in and check-out process was a bit slower for my likes, but still okay. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Lift was not impressive; kind of slow. Overall layout of the hotel did not present a 4-stars hotel. Room was a bit dusty in the toilet at that time; cannot fool my dust allergy. Shower room was not sealed. That's why the water from the shower was spilling everywhere. Overall room layout was good and spacious, but I found some molds on the ceiling and windows. There were a trace of water leaking on the ceiling and window. The room was not soundproofed properly. Lighting and switch arrangements were a bit odd for me, but still manageable. The in room entertainment was decent; cannot watch some tv show when the weather bad outside. I don't know why that happened. Amenities were very good especially the quality of each amenity. Internet was super slow and unstable by Telkom; barely hit 2Mbps on both download and upload. Most of the time only about 1Mbps or less and then fail to connect; forcing me to use my cellphone data for zoom meetings. I won't comment on in-room dining because I don't have any experience on that during my stay, but looking at the menu at a glance seems expensive. Pool was small and no private access to the pool on the first floor; has to use the same lift on the lobby and basically everyone on the first floor can see anyone swimming. We weren't have a good experience with the SkyHill Dining and Bar either. The worst thing about this hotel was smoking. There were a lot of people from a very large tour group smoked on the public outdoor places at the time we stayed and looking from everyone faces and gestures including the staffs seem that smoking is very common to do so in here. For this reason alone, I am ruling out this hotel to stay with my family especially with my kids, but I will consider as another option to stay on a business trip if the price is extremely good and the internet connection are good enough for zoom, streaming, and any video calls.
