Hotel in zona Wildlife Centre Batam, Batu Ampar

Stayed between 12 - 14 Dec 2022. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are 2 Circle K across the hotel and the stretch of seaside restaurants (Wey Wey, Alco) is about 2 mins away. Nearest supermarket, Go Go Supermart is located approximately 5 mins walk away from the hotel, located beside Swiss-Bell Hotel and underneath the defunct Harbour Bay Mall. Hotel's Front Desk is friendly and able to communicate in English. I was asked to consider upgrading my room at a special price (~S$9) as the room I booked was small. I agreed since the offer was much larger and came with a balcony. Regrettably, my room was only ready at about 3.30pm, 30mins after the check-in time at 3pm. My Room (207) is in a slightly run down condition with uneven floor tiles, cracks and paint peeling on the walls, water ponding at the toilet drain outlet next to the toilet bowl. The cleanliness is bad too with stains on the covers of the bed, pillows, blanket. The furniture surfaces in the room and balcony were dusty. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but the hot water only lasted for about 5 mins. Bath towels were unavailable during check in and only available at 4pm according to Housekeeping. I left for dinner at around 5pm and the towels weren't delivered yet. Thankfully, they were there when I came back. The view on my balcony was partially obstructed by the hotel's signboard as it is located directly above the hotel's arrival lobby. The corridor was dark most of the time with only lights at both ends. During my stay, I've only encountered the lights for the whole corridor switched around 7pm only on one evening. Breakfast is provided Sweet Corner Restaurant at Level 1 of the hotel between 7am to 11am. The food was simple with options of rice, noodles, porridge, white bread with condiments. Style of the staples and complimenting dishes varies daily. Eggs can be ordered from the staff. Choices available were Sunny Side Up, Soft Boiled, Omelette. The options for beverages were tea, coffee, and orange juice made from highly watered down concentrated syrup. I also have 2 of my lunches there; once while waiting for check-in and once before check-out. Staff were not eager to serve though but still gets your order right. Waiting time for my lunch to be served was about 10 mins. Located at Level 1 is also Alamanda Spa & Massage, which offers various types of massages and spa treatments. They have a beautiful section on the rooftop of the hotel but it could be only used for the higher tiered packages as I was always led to the rooms at Level 1 twice for my Tradition Full Body and Totok Wajah massages. Grab can pick up at the hotel. Please note that Grab are not able to pick up passengers at the Ferry Terminal and some Hotels and Shopping Malls. You might have to walk a distance away from these locations to board. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Batam City Square Mall (BCM) have dedicated Grab Points at the Pintu Timur (East Entrance)

Great hotel in a great location! I booked 3 rooms for my family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids), and we all enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. This was my second time staying here, and we will definitely come back again during the school holidays. Highly recommended! Oh, and almost forgot—it was my father's birthday, and the hotel staff did a small celebration for him. They decorated the room with a cake and a cute towel cake. The staff are so good and friendly.

L'hotel era fantastico. Puro e semplice. Inizialmente era riluttante, ma dopo aver controllato, abbiamo capito il prezzo. Ero un po'di ultima min, ma mi dispiace. L'hotel è vicino a molti altri ristoranti.

Il centro di accoglienza è un posto ideale per soggiornare a Batam, con molte strutture sotto il Pacifico. Il shopping è 10-15mins andare lontano dai grandi negozi. E anche a Harbour Bay e Nagoya. sembra davvero grande, ma molte aree sono ora vuote. Si consiglia di mangiare il colazione al livello 2 (rp120.000) invece di al livello 1 (rp100,000rp) stile buffet. La camera è buona. Generalmente pulita ma non per le cute. Il riscaldamento e l'aria condizionata funzionano. Il WiFi potrebbe essere meglio, ma è ancora buono. Alcune cons: La mia vista sulla stanza balcone è di fronte a un serbatoio d'acqua e non la vista più bella. Alcuni impianti sembrano essere in esercizio: il frigo non è molto freddo, la copertura idrica a volte si scioglie. La porta balcone non può essere chiusa. Assicurati di non lasciare nessun valore intorno, anche se dubito che le persone possano salire senza metterle in pericolo la vita. Nessun kit di rasatura fornito. Non c'è negozio conveniente all'hotel, vicino a uno è a 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel. In generale, una buona e in generale sicura, non una cattiva esperienza, niente perso o rubato. Rimanerei ancora se mi rendi conto.

Buon hotel commerciale situato nel cuore del Centro Batam. La stanza è pulita e i tessuti profumano come nuovi. Il bagno ha un bidet integrato e è ben mantenuto, così come la doccia. Il colazione è bello con una varietà di pasti locali e occidentali. Serve da personale motivato che vi aiuterà quando ne hai bisogno. La ragione che non sto dando 5 stelle è perché non credo che il prezzo / qualità sia veramente corretto. A mio parere il prezzo è troppo alto, soprattutto quando si deve pagare un colazione extra. Se sei un imprenditore, questo sarà l'hotel perfetto per restare per te. Per il tempo libero è anche un buon hotel, ma ci sono altri hotel là fuori che vi offriranno abbastanza per il 50% del prezzo che ho pagato per questo hotel.

Improve Of the Breakfast Tables Surrounding Hygiene As Many HouseFlies 🪰 While Eating. Very Dirty. Staff's Should Be Directly Cleared Away The Plates & Cutleries After Guests Finish Eating. Not Just Hack Cares from it. As The Hotel Guests Needs To Ownself Clear it for The Staff's. As was told Breakfast ends 10:30am daily but past 2 Days when I reached the food court at 9am. Mostly All food items left only the Base Lines. The Porridge conditions was entirely can't consume it cos it's Was so Starchy... The Cutleries never replenish. Only The Door Man on duty at all times to provides great service of having smiling 😃 😊 face for welcoming.

Nice birthday trip, big room, nice and clean, all staff very friendly and helpful, housekeeping staff give a cute towel cake for surprise, GOOD

When we arrived at 1400hrs (hotel local time) to check in, unfortunately rooms are not ready. Coz thinking that we can fresh-up in the rooms before proceeding to our spa appointment (at 3pm), we are unable to do so. Therefore, we hv to leave our luggages n bags of shopping stuffs at their luggage storage point and to proceed to our spa appointment. T he rooms are spacious n well equipped with toiletries . Aircon is working well but quite cold. The toilet is clean. The breakfast on the next morning has a wide spread of variety.

Room was old, but spacious. Having your own pool was awesome. It was spacious even for 4 of us. Aircon is not cold so have to leave it on to cool the room. But service was worth everything. Service was swift and everyone was so polite and courteous, all the staff went out of their way to service us and make us comfortable, from fetching us in the rain with umbrellas and also ferrying us around in buggies. Views are attached in the photos at different parts of the resort from the restaurants we ate in. Never have to leave the resort. The spa also provided the best massages I have experienced. Will definitely come back again.

Io e mia moglie finalmente abbiamo prenotato e abbiamo avuto la possibilità di rimanere all'Hotel Harmoni One. Era un posto pieno di occupati e occupati prima dell'epidemia covid-19. Orgoglio di vedere come questo hotel ancora combatte per sopravvivere, ma anche triste, testimoniando quanto vuoto e abbastanza questo posto ora. Harmoni One continua ad operare la stanza dell'hotel per i suggerimenti al secondo piano. Abbiamo sentito e visto 1-2 altri suggerimenti al nostro piano. Abbiamo soggiornato in camera 210, sala deluxe, con colazione. con una vasta finestra di vetro che si trova sotto costruzione di Batam One Mall e bussetti della zona antica circostante. Controllato in 5/May/2021 per un soggiorno ght. Grazie alla signora Rita, il personale di servizio frontale che ci ha aiutato a controllare la nostra camera e a garantire che le nostre esigenze siano soddisfatte. La camera è stata spaziosa, con letto di dimensioni reale, divano, mobili, mini bar, caffè/tea e caldaia d'acqua. È sorprendente avere un bagno ... quindi il bagno stesso ha quasi metà della dimensione della camera da letto. Tuttavia, abbiamo capito che questo hotel non è nuovo, così vecchio profumo di carpette è inevitabile. Internet è buono e forte. Room has TV cable with 40 local and foreign channels. Servono la colazione con il menu ala carta per il corso principale e frutta, e lasciano il pane/toast, succo, caffè/tea aperto per il servizio personale. Nasi goreng era buono e delizioso. Il personale in servizio e 1 allenatore di alta scala disponibili in loco per aiutare. La piscina e il centro fitness al 6° piano sono aperti 9AM-6PM, ma non ci siamo provati perché questo posto non sembra essere ascoltato da nessun personale. Grazie per l'esperienza di soggiorno in questo hotel e auspicate al personale e al personale di mantenere il loro spirito alti in servizio durante questa condizione di prova.
