I travel alone often tbrough this area & have always stayed elsewhere out of habit and fir cost effectiveness . My experience at Best Western Battle Creek was so goid I will make the change to continue to book there. I felt safe & comfortable. Customer service was excellent

The place is amazing. They have cameras so nobody’s doing anything wrong, and the staff is so nice. The beds are really cozy and I wish I could stay forever. I also got a hot tub in my room! The breakfast is really good, there’s waffles with cornflakes and plenty of syrup. I stayed 4 nights and never wanna leave but I got fish and cats at home. I also got a really big room! Would recommend!!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Country Inn & Suites in Battle Creek, MI. This was the first time that we stayed there and definitely won't be the last. We stayed in an accessible room with a roll in shower (Room 101) complete with shower chair. The room had 2 double beds which was ok but we prefer to have a king size bed. We really appreciated that the room was close to the front door right past the front desk so that my husband did not have to walk far. The breakfast room was on the other side of the front desk which we appreciated. The breakfast was very good, it included scrambled eggs, link sausage, biscuits & gravy, cereal, waffles, yogurt, mini-muffins, apples, oranges, cereal, etc. Everything was clean and the staff was so friendly. The staff asked if they could get anything for us, if everything was to our liking, etc. As I was rolling the luggage cart out to load my vehicle, the young lady at the desk if I needed any help. I really appreciated the offer. My husband really enjoyed the fresh cookies that were available in the evenings. As we were checking out the manager and owner were both there and we were told that more renovations are being planned. I can't wait until our next trip in the fall to visit family to see what other improvements they will make.

My son and I were in town for a baseball tournament, and reserved a “suite” at this hotel. We arrived late in the evening after a long drive, and went to bed shortly after we arrived. Upon checking in, we waited in line for nearly 30 minutes due to the fact that there was only one person working. The following morning, I woke up and opened a few of the curtains that had been shut when we arrived. I was shocked to see that one of the windows was shattered, and there were shards of glass poking out. We also saw just how dirty the room was in the daylight. Multiple light bulbs were burnt out. Also the main door lock stuck out a bit, so you had to slam it so it would shut. There was a television that didn’t work on one of the bedrooms. Before we left for our game, I again waited in line for 20 minutes. I showed the front desk clerk the photos of the window and the room in general. She said the manager mentioned that the window was “only broken on the outside” and that “lightbulbs are hard to find.” She also asked if we knew how to use the tv remote, and she said the door and window problems we did to the building settling. We checked out of this place, went to a beautiful Four Points hotel in Kalamazoo and tried to forget this nightmare of a hotel. Avoid it like the plague!!

While the hotel itself wasn’t the greatest I have to give a shoutout to Felica as breakfast was absolutely amazing. She is a rockstar in my book for the fabulous breakfast this morning. I have been to several hotels and never had such a good variety of foods to choice from and everything available as well.

Mio marito e io ci siamo fermati una notte dopo aver finito un affare a Kalamazoo. Ci siamo divertiti. Tutto il personale che abbiamo incontrato è stato molto utile e gentile. La nostra stanza era pulita e confortevole. Il colazione mattina era buona. Non mi lamenterò per quello che hanno fatto o non hanno offerto per colpa di coglione.Ho viaggiato in troppe luoghi dove non c'è colazione al mattino e tu fai da solo.Qualsiasi offerta, per me, è un plus. L'unica cosa che non mi importava di questo hotel: le pareti sembravano estremamente sottili -- potevo sentire la televisione nella prossima stanza facendo la sua auto-smart-switch-on. Quando qualcuno ha fatto un check-in in quella stanza, non credo che la persona fosse troppo alta, ma potevamo sentire la maggior parte di quello che è successo. Anche se, era un piacevole soggiorno.

Home2 Suites by Hilton è eccellente. Ci siamo trasferiti una notte come famiglia di 5. L'appartamento è molto grande e molto pulito e confortevole. Tutti hanno detto che questo è dove dovremmo aver prenotato 2 o 3 notti. Certamente cercherà Home2 quando prenotiamo in varie città e lo consigliamo a qualsiasi prenotazione familiare per vacanze. Prenota più di una notte. Lo amarrai
