Absolutely amazing hotel, facilities and location. I cannot say anything bad about it. The staff made our stay especially fantastic! The one person that stood out was Priya on guest relations. I cannot sing her praises enough, she went above and beyond to make everything perfect! She truly is a beautiful soul inside ande out and a credit to the hotel. I also have to mention Lojan, Lavan and Thas, the room boys that cleaned and decorated everything beautifully! We had the time of our lives in such a wonderful hotel where nothing was too much trouble for the the staff! I would highly recommend this hotel! The beach here is one of the best I’ve seen in Sri Lanka—pristine, with soft sand and crystal-clear waters that make it a true paradise. The staff at Uga Bay are incredibly friendly and attentive. They go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and well taken care of, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Whether it’s helping you with plans or just offering a warm smile, their hospitality is top-notch. The facilities are fantastic, with everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. The rooms are beautifully designed, offering stunning views and all the amenities you could wish for. The pool area is perfect for lounging, and the overall vibe of the place is serene and calming. One thing to keep in mind when booking your stay is that you might find it hard to leave! Uga Bay is the epitome of relaxation and comfort, making it the ideal spot to unwind. It’s easy to lose track of time here, enjoying the beach, the amazing food, and the laid-back atmosphere. Великолепный песчаный пляж. Рядом риф, на котором можно поплавать с трубкой (лучше договориться с отдельной службой на берегу правее. Хорошие ужины-буфет, алакарт не рекомендую. Если хочется больше морепродуктов - 10 минут пешком кафе Капитан. Из минусов: 1. главное: срочно на пляж нужны ещё лежаки. Ну не хватает!!! Занимать приходится, ну что за бред. Огромный пляж, места много, пальм много, под которыми полежать можно, а не на чем. 2. Завтрак слабоват, но голодными не останетесь. На мой взгляд не соответствует цене. 3. Далековато от всего, ну вообще ничего нет, тук-тук в помощь. 4. Персонал бывает, скажем, тормознут. Но стараются.
