Ian and Youko have been so lovely. This dedicated team works so hard to ensure your stay is pleasant. It's affordable and it resonates with what you would expect from the Best Western brand. Firstly, the rooms are so clean. Ian and Youko put in so much effort on their own backs to make sure the rooms are to spec. Secondly, my colleague and I were welcomed by Ian and we felt like we weren't just another guest in the books. This can be so lost in a lot of hotels/Inns/Motels etc. Lastly, Ian and Youko will help with whatever you need where they can and considering how hard they work, I have to appreciate that effort. I highly recommend this property.

I use Havannah Accommodation to ”work from home” when I need to be in Bathurst for a few days. Rooms are always clean and neat, but what surprised me was the very fast WiFi. Even better than my home office. The desk is roomy and the office chair supplied is great. In other places I usually have to rearrange furniture to get some sort of workable seat/desk arrangement. Bed is nice and soft, but not so soft that you wake up with an aching back. The in-room fridge is handy, especially since Aldi is a few minutes walk away, and the shared dining and lounge area is huge and very well equipped too. There's even an outdoor BBQ area that is under shelter. Easy off-street parking and for those of us with bad knee(s), it's a short, flat walk to reception and the ground floor rooms. I've stayed here maybe a dozen times and never had a complaint. All this for the cheapest place in town. No brainer.

Easy to find. Big place,clean,tidy,young man in reception was lovely,friendly,helpful and nothing was too much trouble for this pain in the rear at times lol just had door issues again lol Beds comfy,spacious,very quiet. Everything provided ,hairdryer,glasses,cups for coffee. Lovely place and would stay again

Comfortable stay. Few things are missing like microwave & cutlery. Also, room was cleaned daily. Good friendly staff. Parking spots available. Clean towel and make my bed facility daily. Close to everything. Nice comfortable bed and n mattress

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni ed è stata un'esperienza incantevole. La camera è pulita e spaziosa con cucina completa. È stato un piacere vedere il ristorante con una casa piena di ospiti dell'hotel con un'atmosfera vivace. Consiglierei questo hotel a chiunque cerchi buoni servizi e buon cibo.

Questo B&B è sicuramente un posto meraviglioso per soggiornare.. I ospiti sono amici e molto utili. Le camere sono molto ben progettate con tutto quello che dovete fare il vostro soggiorno piacevole e sono super pulite. Abbiamo avuto una stanza con balcone con grandi viste sul lato del paese. Il colazione è stupendo! Raccomando molto questa bella e tranquilla posizione per il vostro soggiorno a Bathurst.

Oh my goodness - this place is like mum's cuddle. We rang a ton of places hoping one would take dogs and this place not only say they would, they went above and beyond. We arrived soaking wet after a big hike in a storm and they tuned into our needs straight away. They gave us some old towels for the dogs, help getting our stuff dry, a warm welcome ... nothing was too much effort. Kindness costs nothing and means everything. The room was such good value. Basic, comfortable, clean, and perfect for what we needed which was a place to dry off, have a hot shower, a good sleep and a feed nearby. It isn't the Hilton, but you're not paying for that. Yet in terms of service, I'd rate it 5*.
