What a fantastic time we had at the Royal St Andrews Hotel in Port Alfred. A huge thank you to the very friendly staff, from reception to the cleaning staff. Difford you are a real asset to the hotel and your menu suggestions for The Thistle Restaurant were exceptional. Our breakfasts at The Paper Nautilus were superb and The Highlander Pub suppers were a real treat. Thank you Robin for the lovely food. Difford and Robin you two make an amazing duo.

This is the place to book when you need to rejuvenate, rest and pamper yourself. They have 3 resturants on site, your choice, you do not need to leave the hotel till your check out. Truly amazing friendly people, from reception to resturants.

Very nice modern hotel in a good location, with excellent rooms, delicious breakfast and good service. Some small maintenance issues, but recommended. The traditional Highlander Pub for drinks and food is next to the hotel, the beach is about 8. minutes walk

Your service is satisfactory, you always give the best service. All meals are good. The rooms are neat. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

I truly enjoyed visiting the Old Pub and the Old side of your building. Enjoy a wonderful Chocolate Orange cake there, absolutely worth writing home about.

This for me was one trip I enjoyed and would love to repeat! The food, service, cleanliness and overall service is outstanding!!!

We visited the hotel over Easter and it was once again an incredible experience. From breakfast to room comfort, we felt like we were at home. In actual fact, the bed was amazing. It is our go to accommodation in Port Alfred. The Easter festival was amazing and will return next year

Poor booking service. Had a Spa Special booked for our anniversary which was never arranged. No apology, just cancelled it. An overall disappointment because of that. The hotel facilities were good and professional though. The breakfast was great.
