Il personale era davvero amichevole e dolce! La posizione è buona circa 10-15mins camminare nella città centrale. La nostra stanza era ben attrezzata con un asciugacapelli dison. Il colazione era anche molto bello. Il bagno nella stanza che abbiamo soggiornato era in una posizione un po' terribile, o altrimenti avrebbe ricevuto 5 stelle!

Siamo rimasti in una camera tripla e siamo stati soddisfatti della comodità e della pulizia. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. Il colazione era sorprendente - due di noi avevano l'inglese completo e 1 avevano avvocato, fumato salmone e uova di polpa su tosta. C'era anche una selezione di frutta fresca, yogurt, succhi, pasticceria, caffè e tè. Tutti deliziosi. La posizione è magnifica, molto centrale.

This hotel falls under the Marriott Tribute Portfolio, embracing a boutique hotel approach. The entire establishment dates back to 1739, boasting a historic exterior. It’s conveniently situated just about 3 minutes’ walk from the Roman Baths and across from Sally Lunn’s. With my Marriott Platinum Card, even with a third-party reservation, the hotel upgraded us to a larger ground floor room facing the street after matching our account, but it’s not advisable due to potential noise. They also offered complimentary à la carte breakfast. Breakfast slots had to be reserved during check-in, and we chose a table at 10 AM. The breakfast was abundant, and the restaurant had a charming and lovely atmosphere. The experience was excellent (the best things are free!). Unfortunately, I don’t have space for more photos, but I’ll post one of the restaurant later. The room was quite small, designed in a modern British style, with a movie-themed decor according to the posters on the wall. All the amenities were provided, with local brand toiletries available for purchase at the front desk for £25 for two bottles. They were decent, but nothing extraordinary to consider bringing back home. The minibar had coffee, various teas, semi-skimmed milk packets, and biscuits. The bottled still water was in an aesthetically pleasing canned form. 🌟 There’s an Elemis sleep kit on the bedside: temple balm/sleep mist/eye cream, placed over a hotel postcard, looking quite exquisite. The bed was very comfortable. ❌ However, there were a few drawbacks to this place… a bit unnerving… I’m not sure if I just had bad luck. The hotel corridors were somewhat confusing, and I accidentally opened the wrong room door once using my own room card. Strangely, the next day around ten o’clock, while I was in the bathroom and my son was on the bed, despite securing the latch on our door, someone managed to open it slightly, presumably seeing my son on the bed, and then closed the door. Perhaps it was a housekeeping staff member wanting to clean the room? Regardless, it felt quite odd… a little unsettling, to be honest

Service is not worth as it cost. I paid for more than eleven thousand Baht. But I have to pay 15£ for 24 hr. parking. Which i understanded that I could bring my car in and out as many times as I could since I agreed to pay for 24 hr. But it was not. Every time I brough my car out from the parking lot I had to pay for it.

The hotel itself is stunning and perfectly located as it is private but only 10-15 minutes from Bath City Centre. The grounds are fantastic but unfortunately the other reviews are true in the sense the Spa needs a renovation as I find it likely the pool tiles have been the same since reopening in 2007 and you can see it. Nevertheless if You can get a deal it is worth it!

Sumptuous would be the word to describe this hotel. From the lobby to the room to the free snacks pantry, everything is sumptuous. The room we booked is absolutely huge with high ceilings and large windows. The bed and bedding is super super comfortable and we slept really well. The bathroom is nice with a big tub. Location is also excellent, minutes from downtown, the bridge and Roman baths. Looking forward to staying here again.

Abbiamo una camera familiare, il letto non era fatto e il coltello era sporco/spinato. Il personale ha cambiato la stanza per noi e questa volta è OK. Il cuttery a colazione doveva essere pulito prima di usarlo. Il personale era amichevole e utile. L'hotel stesso era vicino al centro

La posizione è distante dal centro della città ma l'ambiente è pulito e la struttura interna è elegantemente pulita.Anche se la stanza è piccola, la finestra è pulita e la vista esterna è bella.La colazione è ricca e il stile di scelta è buono.Raccomandazione!

Il suo scopo era di fare un weekend di lusso, prima che il mio lavoro cominciasse, perché il mio partner non può prendere un lungo periodo di vacanza. La camera doppia deluxe è un grande delusione.Incredibile, è una posizione molto premium e altri ospiti probabilmente pagano molto di più.Tuttavia, non penso di pagare più di 300 sterline per ottenere una stanza come una vecchia stanza del servo. Poiché il pavimento è situato nella stanza di estensione del tetto con la vista principalmente bloccata, il pavimento fa il rumore tipico di vecchia legno cracking mentre camminiamo. La tenda, il tappeto e il bagno non sono in buona condizione. Il vetro sopra la tavola e il desk non sono ben attrezzati. Un'altra cosa è che, senza alcuna precedente notifica, il bagno chiuso il mantenimento dei nemici la mattina che usciamo, e le fate fa sembrare meno lussuoso di quello che è contrassegnato. Il più lato è un tipo di inclusive che include la piscina, lo sport e il colazione. Il colazione è molto bello se ti piace il colazione inglese o hanno un buffet di base.
