Positives - excellent receptionist (Vipin) and without his help I would have probably checked out early. Has parking. Reasonable location and access into central Bath. Has an electric kettle and a pack of cookies.
Not so positives - In desperate need of upgrade, creaking floors, wash basin outside the bathroom. It isn’t for work related travellers as you cannot even use an iron without tripping off the entire building main switch and once that happen there is no 24 hour active reception. No fan or iron provided in room so you have to ask. Tiny computer monitor used as a make shift TV that you have to pull out of a closet. No drinking water in room. Value for money not there as many better locations available at same or lower price.

Stavo con mio figlio in una camera doppia. Non c'era nessun posto dove appendere qualcosa nella stanza. Nessun binario, nessun appendiabiti, niente. Il mio materasso era macchiato e scomodo. Il materasso di mio figlio scricchiolava rumorosamente ogni volta che si muoveva. I bicchieri d'acqua forniti nella stanza erano sporchi con segni di impronte digitali, quindi non puliti, il che era una preoccupazione soprattutto durante l'accresciuta aspettativa di pulizia considerando la situazione attuale. C'era un capello canaglia nella vasca da bagno. La pressione dell'acqua era inesistente se si desiderava utilizzare l'attacco del soffione della doccia che non era montato correttamente e perdeva acqua. Questa stanza costa quasi 200 sterline per una notte, non quello che mi aspetto per quel prezzo. Sembra buono all'esterno, datato e carente all'interno. La colazione era buona, la sua unica cosa che redime.

La camera che ci è stata assegnata non è nelle foto dei siti web dell'hotel delle camere da scegliere, il bagno aveva una doccia con malta ammuffita e un gabinetto, dovevamo lavarci le mani nelle nostre perché era lì che il lavandino era proprio accanto al letto . L'arredamento era stanco e vecchio, non ci tornerei.

Great little hotel in fantastic old Georgian villa. A bit quirky and individual in character. Fabulous personal service from the manager- welcoming and genuinely keen to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
Outside the city of Bath but very convenient to access the sites. The rooms we have stayed in tend to be the smaller ones but very clean and we are grateful

Lovely people but no heating on and the shower was freezing. When we arrived we were informed there was only cereal and toast for breakfast and not the English as advertised

Dated, wallpaper hanging off the walls, bathroom was disgusting toilet seat stained mould everywhere, leak patches on the ceiling, the shower dribbled out water and took forever for the water to run hot! Check out was terrible no one managing the front desk. All in all the hotel was a disaster.
