I would like to thank the staff for everything they had done for me and my wife after I mad a awful mistake that is to embarrassing to go into ... all I can say is they literally made sure I was not going to be let down and time ruined by going above and beyond anything they needed to do to make my stay a beautiful one after my error ......the food was lovely and also everything was as it was in the pictures if not better something to see for yourself should you go ahead and book a stay .......

We’ve stayed a number of time. This time in room 19 which is spacious, especially the enormous bathroom. It’s always relaxing and this time at late notice I had a hot stone massage (discounted 15%) as a birthday treat. I love an early morning swim in the heated pool and quick dip in the jacuzzi. We will go again. It’s a lovely hotel for a short break.

The grounds, the public areas, the rooms, the spa, and most of all the people are SUPERB! Then there is the food -- solid SEVEN STARS. Ranks with best country houses in UK.

Just come back from our mini-moon which we celebrated at Homewood. It really is a beautiful hotel with beautiful surroundings, the staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the gorgeous Mews rooms with our private hot tub which we enjoyed as well as the hotel spa. We look forward to coming back and visiting again very soon.

Fantastic escape for you and your treasured pooch! Homewood is beautifully presented, welcoming with great attention to detail. Food excellent, staff friendly and helpful, not stuffy and too posh! Thoroughly recommended!

We had the most lovely one night stay in this beautiful hotel, stunning grounds, marvellous bedroom, relaxation in the spa and a wonderful vitality trea**ent. The food and all the staff were excellent. We hope to return soon.

My wife and I stayed at Homewood for her birthday, from the moment we arrived the service was excellent, we carried our bags to the reception, looked around and they were gone!, taken to the room, from the moment the service was attentive without being intrusive, we did the recommended walk and was out for 4 hours as we took the longer route and it was breath-taking, the food at the location is great, I like the music changes during the day though I would suggest streaming Soma Fm Groove Salad in the garden during the day as some great ambient chill out would work really well, but the Ibiza Beats were ok, We will be returning for sure, Highly recommended. Other facilities: * Spa * Trea**ents * Saunas * Pool * Steam * Rooms with private facilities
