I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The receptions were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the start. My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities, and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options I enjoyed the hotel’s historical building.The location is convenient for exploring the city, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, a wonderful experience—I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again!

Service was very good and the location of the hotel was very convenient. We were greeted by Rajeev who was really helpful and accommodative. He and his colleague went out of their way to assist us and made sure we were looked after. Would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Bath.

I so wanted to love this hotel. Sadly I got basement room with a window out to a moldy stained area below the pavement. I've never wanted to leave a room so much when I woke up in the morning. When I first arrived I was overwhelmed by perfumed cleaning products that never went away. Ultimately I think it was masking some damp or other smell and I began to worry that I migth not be good for my health. The staff were lovely

入住傳統家庭房，兩間卧室（大床房，和標間），一個衞生間，living room，一家四口沒有問題。由於是頂層，層高不高。 早餐對三個180以上的男士不夠，每次都點需要額外付費的。但在退房時居然免單了，額外的驚喜。 設施舊了，但勝在乾淨。

酒店外觀和地理位置不錯，但是，內部非常糟糕，房間佈局就像迷宮一樣，要上樓，下樓，拐無數彎，沒有電梯直達，要手拎箱子上下，好不容易找到房間，開門一股味道，沒有空調風扇，甚至沒有窗户通風，面積非常小，箱子不能平鋪打開，衞生不行，連住居然沒有人打掃，總之感覺非常差，我的朋友也給了最差評價，非常不推薦入住。

La posizione è ottima. Le camere sono ricavate da una vecchia costruzione adiacente il centro. Moquette ovunque, i pavimenti sotto la moquette piuttosto dissestati. La camera aveva il condizionatore non funzionante, quindi ce l'hanno cambiata; la nuova camera però aveva un sottile odore di muffa. Nella ringhiera delle scale ci sono ragnatele. Il personale gentile. In sintesi , poco pulito e troppo costoso per il servizio dato.

Ho pernottato due notti durante un congresso. Per la prima volta in vita mia ho chiesto di cambiare camera perche quella assegnata era caldissima d con aria condizionata guasta. La seconda aveva un odore di umido legato a una perdita in bagno. Letto confortevole. Va bene se di sta poco.

Hotel in posizione comoda per escursioni a piedi e in bella zona. Purtroppo il resto invece è scarso. Stanza piccola in cui ci si muove a fatica e non curata, la pulizia non è adeguata e anche il servizio è molto disattento. Il primo giorno non è stato rifatto il letto ad esempio. Siamo stati alloggiati in edificio separato da quello principale dove per farci accompagnare abbiamo faticato. Sembrava di essere in un B&B. La colazione non è a buffet ma si ordina un piatto e il resto si paga a parte. Ignorate quindi le foto anteriori al 2020. La hall sembra che debba subire lavori tra poco invece è normale che abbia oggetti non al suo posto. In poche parole si paga un prezzo da 4 stelle ma hotel non lo é. Menzione positiva per la reception che ci ha consentito di fare una piccola colazione fuori orario prima della partenza alle 7.30.

A pochi metri dal centro e dai Roman Baths, l'Hotel è un edificio antico molto ben ristrutturato ed arredato in stile. La camera dove ho alloggiato è pulitissima, ben arredata e molto accogliente. A disposizione dei clienti un mini frigobar, un bollitore, una TV, un asciugacapelli ed una tavola da stiro (non si sa mai!). Il bagno ha una doccia capiente. Tutti i giorni biscotti, tè e caffè solubile come coccola.
