Hotel in zona Nasugbu Beachfront, Batangas

In primo luogo, vorrei congratularmi con il receptionista maschile che ha assistito al nostro check-in il 31 dicembre 2022, compresi quelli che ci hanno aiutato nel nostro bagaglio e quelli che hanno incaricato il buffet colazione . Sono così accoglienti, responsabili e molto responsabili nel fare il loro lavoro.Buon lavoro e mantenerlo. La nostra stanza è pulita, classica con aria condizionata e vista linguistica. CONS sono; 1. No wifi 2. Segnale debole a tutte le reti anche utilizzando i nostri dati personali 3. Casual browout In generale, ci siamo davvero divertiti e affidabili, oltre al fatto che celebriamo bene il nostro nuovo anno.

My dog and I were actually celebrating our birthday during the stay. We arrived around 8:30pm as we had some errands before going to the resort. As for the room, WOW! So happy it’s just 1st floor and has breathtaking seaview since I have senior mom with me. The location is actually a little bit far but it’s understandable since it’s a diving spot. I really love that it’s almost a secluded place. The beach is not crowded and it’s beside the 5-star resort, so called Vivere. The service is great, however, the reception is so hard to reach. Their mobile number is not working, I think? Plus the telephone in the room. ‘Cause everytime I dial, it doesn’t push through. Just a suggestion, since the front desk is not 24/7, atleast improve the communication service with the reception using other platform like social media or messaging app to address guests’ concern. Cleanliness, it’s good but I spotted some stains in the linens, particularly with the duvet cover and flat sheet. It was an old stain which I think laundry can no longer remove it. But it didn’t bother me at all, so long it’s not blood. For the amenities, highly recommended! You don’t have to look for anything else because they have it in the hotel. I just hope that the elevator soon will be available (one of the staff told us). Also, kudos to the one who assisted us when we arrived. I wasn’t able to get his name but maybe he’s from HK Dept. I appreciated how he’s happy to help us eventhough we have to go down 200+ steps and go up as well. I think he was also one of the staffs who carried our things when we checked-out. :) For the resto, food was awesome and the staffs are easy to approach :) Overall, I will recommend it and surely will comeback, not just for leisure but for diving (as I’m planning to push Scuba soon). Feedback Vivere Azure Stay 10/31-11/3/2023 Security welcome on the road entrance is good together with the valet despite parking constraints Welcome drink is good with the receptionist remembering us from a previous visit. Name recall feels good. The awesome panoramic sight of the sea just at reaching the reception area is really an attraction . The staff are very courteous and pleasant and service oriented and knowledgeable. The uniforms of the staff are clean and worn properly. The amenities provided in the room are complete and of good quality. The menu offers a variety of choices and the food is excellent. The resort, as a whole, is top notch. The total resort experience during our stay was outstanding and memorable. There is a tug of coming back in the future. The place gets to you like an elegant beautiful woman.😎

Checked in: Jan 25, 2021 Time: 9:51 PM Deluxe Room 12hrs Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

I was amazed when I first laid eyes on it. PonteFino Hotel is absolutely incredible! My family and I had an amazing time. The amenities are top-notch, the staff is extremely accommodating, and the food is delicious. We will definitely be returning!

L'intera stanza è pulita. Il personale è tutto a posto. Nessuna politica di identificazione è buona per evitare gli ospiti indesiderati. La posizione è grande. Per aumentare di più ;Cambia i vecchi scarpe a nuovi.Usa pasta dentale in borsa ... mini tubo pasta dentale è troppo piccola ... Usa alcuni freschi di aria fragrante nella stanza.. cambia la doccia.. ha spruzzato troppo poco acqua che rende il bagno incomodo. Soprattutto, questo hotel merita le mie 3 .5 stelle su 5.

Grande servizio.Sono sempre amichevoli e utili. Il cibo è il migliore che abbia avuto negli anni se confronto altri hotel . E il bonus di bug è che il kit di galline fa anche cibo a richiesta Quindi se non sul menu fanno su richiesta e vale la pena pagare un po'di soldi aggiuntivi. Solo il basso è che trip.xom non menzionare che oltre alla tassa terminale 30 peso . E poi su un altro lato è necessario pagare 120 peso tassa turistica . E come ultimo 300 peso ogni persona per andare all'hotel. Ma certo tornerò lì

Чудесное место для остановки. У нас было уютное, просторное бунгало с небольшой терассой. Не хватало только холодильника, но это никак не повлияло на общее впечатление. Мы приехали около 2х часов ночи, нас дождались и заселили, несмотря на то, что заселение до 22.30. Ухоженная, территория, потрясающий сад растений. В отеле есть спа, неплохой массаж. Удобное месторасположение - чуть в стороне от суеты, есть свой пляж. Рядом отели без пляжа с мощёной набережной. Дайвинг брали в другом месте, так как в отеле все было забронировано. У нас был но ер без завтраков. Его можно взять и оплатить на месте. Мы завтракали в разных местах, все в пешей 5-ти минутной доступности. В поисках ужина обошли несколько мест, в итоге оказалось, что в этом отеле самая вкусная еда. Повару отдельное спасибо!

Siamo stati allo Spets Garden Hotel per 3 giorni, e abbiamo prenotato la camera familiare 2 e la suite deluxe 2 Jr. per mia madre e zia. Il cibo era grande, la camera è pulita, la camera familiare è magnifica con una bella vista sulla spiaggia di Sabang. Il manager dell'hotel, Mark, è molto accogliente, così come il personale dell'hotel. Anche se la camera familiare è situata in cima, è come salire un settimo piano, ma vale la pena per la vista molto bella .Abbiamo affittato un jeep per portarci alla spiaggia bianca tutta la sera e tornare a sera. Ci piace la spiaggia bianca e sabang durante il nostro soggiorno.

Sono venuto a Sabang per 15 anni. Ho soggiornato in questo luogo più di 5 volte durante varie visite, ora il mio posto più preferito per soggiornare a Sabang e la spiaggia bianca. le cose sono cambiate da quando la pandemia, l'accesso e il tempo di viaggio, Ma vale la pena lo sforzo. una volta arrivato, non ho nemmeno bisogno di controllare, sto solo mostrando e digli quali camere preferisco, e il suo fatto. le camere sono grandi, 11, 12 e 14, miei preferiti. la loro pulita, buon aria condizionata, buon wifi, grandi bagni e doccia, acqua calda, lavori TV, Ha un cavo, guardando il ponte comodo e un accesso a vite.Il cibo è il migliore che abbia mai avuto sull'isola, Mel, il cuoco, è grande e molto accogliente, mi ha dato il mio accesso personale al bar di prima mattina per fare il mio caffè, Non succedera' mai altrove, e lui è un grande cuoco.Il personale è molto amichevole e accogliente, parlano buon inglese, il posto rimane aperto fino a quando i visitatori non hanno finito con il loro intrattenimento. La piscina è piccola, ma meravigliosa, accesso a distanza da passeggiata dal vostro taxi fuori, ma non molto amico sedia a rotelle, non molto del PI è purtroppo, ho intenzione di fare questa mia unica opzione di rimanere quando visitare l'isola. Raccomando di fare un'inchiesta sulla disponibilità e di avere un piano di riempimento perché riempie durante la stagione alta.L'accesso all'isola ha cambiato un po'. Il porto di Batangas è il tuo inizio e si può arrivare solo a PeurtoGaler, poi si può prendere solo un triciclo e/o Tuktuk per arrivare, ci vuole circa 35 minuti, costa circa 350 pesos e è meglio poi la spiaggia bianca. ha una distanza a piedi per i bar, club, vita notturna, ancora abbastanza lontano da essere silenzioso per dormire, molti negozi e opzioni scuba, la sua a scuba mecca, si può YouTube molti temi qui e si dovrebbe, non posso raccomandare questo posto abbastanza e se il vostro sul pendio, tirare il detonatore, Vale la pena.Buona fortuna e essere gentile.
