Sono rimasto qui per una visita di quattro notti, le camere sono spaziose e molto pulite con la maggior parte dei mod cons. L'area giardino e il ristorante sono mantenuti bene e senza spot. Feedback Vivere Azure Stay 10/31-11/3/2023 Security welcome on the road entrance is good together with the valet despite parking constraints Welcome drink is good with the receptionist remembering us from a previous visit. Name recall feels good. The awesome panoramic sight of the sea just at reaching the reception area is really an attraction . The staff are very courteous and pleasant and service oriented and knowledgeable. The uniforms of the staff are clean and worn properly. The amenities provided in the room are complete and of good quality. The menu offers a variety of choices and the food is excellent. The resort, as a whole, is top notch. The total resort experience during our stay was outstanding and memorable. There is a tug of coming back in the future. The place gets to you like an elegant beautiful woman.😎

Checked in: Jan 25, 2021 Time: 9:51 PM Deluxe Room 12hrs Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

L'intera stanza è pulita. Il personale è tutto a posto. Nessuna politica di identificazione è buona per evitare gli ospiti indesiderati. La posizione è grande. Per aumentare di più ;Cambia i vecchi scarpe a nuovi.Usa pasta dentale in borsa ... mini tubo pasta dentale è troppo piccola ... Usa alcuni freschi di aria fragrante nella stanza.. cambia la doccia.. ha spruzzato troppo poco acqua che rende il bagno incomodo. Soprattutto, questo hotel merita le mie 3 .5 stelle su 5.

È stato un grande soggiorno! Amichevole personale. Il cibo è grande soprattutto le bolle di riso! Tuttavia, alcuni dei loro cibi specificamente il fungo e la pasta di pollo è un po 'prezioso per il suo servizio. Marami na ako natry na pasta pero ang onti e di masyadong malasa ma il nostro soggiorno complessivo era buono. Nagenjoy ako kasi pumunta lang kami Batangas para sa Lomi. Haha!!

I was amazed when I first laid eyes on it. PonteFino Hotel is absolutely incredible! My family and I had an amazing time. The amenities are top-notch, the staff is extremely accommodating, and the food is delicious. We will definitely be returning!

Grande servizio.Sono sempre amichevoli e utili. Il cibo è il migliore che abbia avuto negli anni se confronto altri hotel . E il bonus di bug è che il kit di galline fa anche cibo a richiesta Quindi se non sul menu fanno su richiesta e vale la pena pagare un po'di soldi aggiuntivi. Solo il basso è che trip.xom non menzionare che oltre alla tassa terminale 30 peso . E poi su un altro lato è necessario pagare 120 peso tassa turistica . E come ultimo 300 peso ogni persona per andare all'hotel. Ma certo tornerò lì

Tutti i dipendenti sono molto amichevoli.Il cibo è normale. Male cose: molti hotel sono costruiti su un collinare, quindi devi fare le scale.Circa cinque minuti dalla strada sottostante. Ci vogliono circa due ore per prendere un autobus o un autobus da Manila a Batangas.Da Batangas a Garela, ci vuole un'ora e mezza per prendere un ferry o un'autoveicolo ad alta velocità. Da Porto Galera, prendere tre ruote all'hotel per circa venti minuti.Ci sono molti tempi di attesa, come autobus e ferry, che è una buona cosa per coloro che vogliono viaggiare, ma ci vuole tempo.
