Hotel in zona LabuyoRock, Batangas

I'm rating Cocoons a 5 out 5 firstly because of the very attentive, well-informed, and approachable employees. The Cocoon itself is relatively small, but that's the main reason why it's called a cocoon and this is a glamping concept hotel. They replenish the toiletries, coffee, water inside the room on a daily basis. They change towels upon request which is good as I'm not a fan of hanging towels outside hotel rooms. The internet is not good, we had to use our prepaid wifi during our stay. The bed, pillows, and duvet were comfortable and of good quality. It would be better if there are at least hooks for clothes inside the rooms. Floor rug should also be in the room upon check-in, we had to request it but they gave it right away. If there's a way to address the hanging of clothes and towels outside the rooms that would be good as it takes away the beauty of the cocoons. Maybe a cloth string behind cocoons, not sure if that would work. Bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. There are common toilets near cocoons so finding one won't be a hassle. Pools were heated and clean. Shore is also clean and definitely ”swimmable”. Breakfast at The Sands was okay, but breakfast at Captain Barbozza was amazing! Had dinner at Captain B twice and loved the food, drinks, and ambience. 10/10! Overall it was a great glamping experience.

Sono venuto a Sabang per 15 anni. Ho soggiornato in questo luogo più di 5 volte durante varie visite, ora il mio posto più preferito per soggiornare a Sabang e la spiaggia bianca. le cose sono cambiate da quando la pandemia, l'accesso e il tempo di viaggio, Ma vale la pena lo sforzo. una volta arrivato, non ho nemmeno bisogno di controllare, sto solo mostrando e digli quali camere preferisco, e il suo fatto. le camere sono grandi, 11, 12 e 14, miei preferiti. la loro pulita, buon aria condizionata, buon wifi, grandi bagni e doccia, acqua calda, lavori TV, Ha un cavo, guardando il ponte comodo e un accesso a vite.Il cibo è il migliore che abbia mai avuto sull'isola, Mel, il cuoco, è grande e molto accogliente, mi ha dato il mio accesso personale al bar di prima mattina per fare il mio caffè, Non succedera' mai altrove, e lui è un grande cuoco.Il personale è molto amichevole e accogliente, parlano buon inglese, il posto rimane aperto fino a quando i visitatori non hanno finito con il loro intrattenimento. La piscina è piccola, ma meravigliosa, accesso a distanza da passeggiata dal vostro taxi fuori, ma non molto amico sedia a rotelle, non molto del PI è purtroppo, ho intenzione di fare questa mia unica opzione di rimanere quando visitare l'isola. Raccomando di fare un'inchiesta sulla disponibilità e di avere un piano di riempimento perché riempie durante la stagione alta.L'accesso all'isola ha cambiato un po'. Il porto di Batangas è il tuo inizio e si può arrivare solo a PeurtoGaler, poi si può prendere solo un triciclo e/o Tuktuk per arrivare, ci vuole circa 35 minuti, costa circa 350 pesos e è meglio poi la spiaggia bianca. ha una distanza a piedi per i bar, club, vita notturna, ancora abbastanza lontano da essere silenzioso per dormire, molti negozi e opzioni scuba, la sua a scuba mecca, si può YouTube molti temi qui e si dovrebbe, non posso raccomandare questo posto abbastanza e se il vostro sul pendio, tirare il detonatore, Vale la pena.Buona fortuna e essere gentile.

Чудесное место для остановки. У нас было уютное, просторное бунгало с небольшой терассой. Не хватало только холодильника, но это никак не повлияло на общее впечатление. Мы приехали около 2х часов ночи, нас дождались и заселили, несмотря на то, что заселение до 22.30. Ухоженная, территория, потрясающий сад растений. В отеле есть спа, неплохой массаж. Удобное месторасположение - чуть в стороне от суеты, есть свой пляж. Рядом отели без пляжа с мощёной набережной. Дайвинг брали в другом месте, так как в отеле все было забронировано. У нас был но ер без завтраков. Его можно взять и оплатить на месте. Мы завтракали в разных местах, все в пешей 5-ти минутной доступности. В поисках ужина обошли несколько мест, в итоге оказалось, что в этом отеле самая вкусная еда. Повару отдельное спасибо!

Non si può assolutamente raccomandare questo posto abbastanza alto. È un po' più in fondo al mare, ma si è bloccato dal rumore mentre era ancora sul mare. La stanza era immacolata e spaziale, pulita ogni giorno e (incredibilemente) senza mosquito. Il ristorante offre cibo fantastico a un prezzo molto alto e l'intero luogo ha una famiglia viva.E questo è il punto che io apprezzo molto sul luogo. Io ero solo in viaggio durante la vacanza di Natale e le signore che gestiscono l'hotel erano così benvenute e amichevole.Mi hanno offerto di unirmi alla loro cena di Natale e hanno tenuto colazione aperta per me 15-20 minuti di ritardo per poter catturare il 9am immersione e ancora Mangia quando sono tornato. Erano tutti così carini, non mi sentiva come se fossi sola durante la festa. Se avessi mai visitato PG di nuovo, resterò al 100% fuori dal blu. Grazie per avermi rasato e per tutte le risate. Edgewater Dive and Spa Resort has secured a spot in the top 5 of our travel list due to its exceptional location, accommodation, and staff. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were greeted with warmth and received outstanding care. The owners, Richard and Vika, are present almost daily and display a genuine interest in their guests' well-being. Richard, being a passionate diver, provided us with valuable advice on dive spots and answered all our related questions. Thanks to him, we had incredible dives. Billy and Jun, the dive masters, took excellent care of us and introduced us to a variety of dive locations. The resort's convenient proximity to everything made our stay even more enjoyable. Speaking of accommodation, what you see is exactly what you get at Edgewater Dive and Spa Resort. We were delighted to find two spacious and clean rooms equipped with air conditioning and fans. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, we indulged in the outdoor spa, which added to our overall relaxation. We cannot praise the hotel and restaurant staff enough. Jeff and his team made sure we never went hungry. The food was not only delicious but also served with a warm and friendly attitude. Our child especially loved the attention he received. In terms of managing expectations, it's important to note that the resort does not have a beach right on its premises. However, this was not an issue for us as they have a lovely little pool, and with only 12 rooms, it never felt crowded. It's worth mentioning that food preparation may take some time, so it's advisable to place your order ahead of time if you're in a hurry. The resort's slightly secluded location was something we appreciated, as it provided a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Despite this, the hotel staff goes above and beyond to make your stay as effortless and convenient as possible. They are more than willing to assist with booking boats for beach tours, arranging tuktuks, or any other transportation needs. We enjoyed our stay at Edgewater Dive and Spa Resort so much that we have already made plans for our next visit. A big thank you to the entire Edgewater team for making our experience truly memorable.

It was wonderful experience in Altamare, even though the location is isolated from the city, it is worth to stay here. I have tried most food while we are staying here, and all of them are taste good and hygiene. Outside pool is clean and beautiful, you can see the sunset every evening. If you join the scuba diving, you will see many beautiful corals and small and big fish, even turtle (if you are in a right timing) Doing Snorkeling is also recommended. Satffs are very kind and friendly. But the wifi signal in the room was poor.

È stato un grande soggiorno! Amichevole personale. Il cibo è grande soprattutto le bolle di riso! Tuttavia, alcuni dei loro cibi specificamente il fungo e la pasta di pollo è un po 'prezioso per il suo servizio. Marami na ako natry na pasta pero ang onti e di masyadong malasa ma il nostro soggiorno complessivo era buono. Nagenjoy ako kasi pumunta lang kami Batangas para sa Lomi. Haha!!

Okay, lets start with the highlights. The place is good, staffs are very accommodating and kind. They have plenty of cottages, grilling station and toilet/shower so you don't need to worry during peak season. Place is clean even when there are stray dogs outside the beach. They make sure no outsider may it be animal or people gets in without their authority. Now for the negative or needs improvement part. THERE ARE SO MANY FLIES!! Like it became disgusting, we arrived at 8am, started grilling at 9am, ate afterwards and went for a swim at around 2pm to 6pm and when we came back, there are flies settling at our foods and started laying eggs.. gross!! Pool water is not clear. They do water change for their pool every 6mos as what the pool attendant said, I saw a dead roach floating. They have a commercial fan but can only accommodate 1 cottage. As we were about to leave, we borrowed their push trolley.. ok, when we arrived they assisted us with the trolley but as we were about to leave, they just handed the trolley to my 14yo son. I was disappointed by it knowing I was with 3 seniors and 1 is a cancer patient which I clearly explained to them, myself and 14yo son. I was ready to give a big tip but no one assisted us so.. Overall we had a good stay, just a few things to improve especially the prevention of insects.

Our fave place that is “home away from home”. There staff are sooooo nice, very accommodating, polite, helpful and always smiling. I really love their customer service from their resort to The Sands restaurant. We’ll def go back here!

We as permanent senior citizens from Sta.Rosa ,Laguna come to Matabunkay for almost 30 Years . Well this was the last time in Coral Beach! First: the bill of drinks doublet miraculously .My intervention and complain was noticed , We received a new one without the included refund. They thought they can keep the money, because I overtip mostly with 10% .And also no sorry for error! I claimed for refund and asked for at least an apology. Well this happened later numerous times from other employees! Bye the way we expats are often taken as walking ATM machines here . This about the so calld Filipino hospitality. 2. About 11pm I woke up from loud voices with laughing etc. out from the pool. I told them to shut up because I want to sleep .The probably Chinese guy with bacla friends aprouched me agressivly with intention to beat me up. I'm76 year old , with cancer and quite week. I gave up.....and went back to our room .They continued to swim until about 1am! 3.Barely sleeping we left the resort without breakfast around 6'30 Still confused and angry we forgot Phone fast charger and 3m extension Cable. But do you think we got noticed from the staff there ? They have our calling Nr and address.No ! Find out now if you want to go there ! I don't recommend it anymore . My previous reviews always are 5 Star. Now they get 3 !
