Hotel in zona Bluewings water refilling station, Batangas

È stato un grande soggiorno! Amichevole personale. Il cibo è grande soprattutto le bolle di riso! Tuttavia, alcuni dei loro cibi specificamente il fungo e la pasta di pollo è un po 'prezioso per il suo servizio. Marami na ako natry na pasta pero ang onti e di masyadong malasa ma il nostro soggiorno complessivo era buono. Nagenjoy ako kasi pumunta lang kami Batangas para sa Lomi. Haha!!

Checked in: Jan 25, 2021 Time: 9:51 PM Deluxe Room 12hrs Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.

Staying here is somewhat a very rare experience. It is nearby the SM Batangas. With regards to their services, it is normal that sometimes due to scarcity of employee( only one employee is on the front desk ) , their services is not what you think to be that fast. One thing more there must be bucket and cup always available at the shower room/ comfort room to be used. There must be a water dispenser on every floors. Matbe thats all.

Okay, lets start with the highlights. The place is good, staffs are very accommodating and kind. They have plenty of cottages, grilling station and toilet/shower so you don't need to worry during peak season. Place is clean even when there are stray dogs outside the beach. They make sure no outsider may it be animal or people gets in without their authority. Now for the negative or needs improvement part. THERE ARE SO MANY FLIES!! Like it became disgusting, we arrived at 8am, started grilling at 9am, ate afterwards and went for a swim at around 2pm to 6pm and when we came back, there are flies settling at our foods and started laying eggs.. gross!! Pool water is not clear. They do water change for their pool every 6mos as what the pool attendant said, I saw a dead roach floating. They have a commercial fan but can only accommodate 1 cottage. As we were about to leave, we borrowed their push trolley.. ok, when we arrived they assisted us with the trolley but as we were about to leave, they just handed the trolley to my 14yo son. I was disappointed by it knowing I was with 3 seniors and 1 is a cancer patient which I clearly explained to them, myself and 14yo son. I was ready to give a big tip but no one assisted us so.. Overall we had a good stay, just a few things to improve especially the prevention of insects.

First, I would like to commend the male receptionist who assisted our check-in on Dec. 31, 2022, including those attendants who help us in our luggage and those in charge in buffet breakfast . They are so accomodating, responsive and very resposible doing their work.Good job and keep it up. Next, our room is clean, classy with cold aircon and a taal view. CONS are; 1. No wifi 2. Weak signal to all network even using our own data 3. Occasional brownout Over all, we really enjoyed our stay and affordable plus the fact that we celebrate our new year well.

It was wonderful experience in Altamare, even though the location is isolated from the city, it is worth to stay here. I have tried most food while we are staying here, and all of them are taste good and hygiene. Outside pool is clean and beautiful, you can see the sunset every evening. If you join the scuba diving, you will see many beautiful corals and small and big fish, even turtle (if you are in a right timing) Doing Snorkeling is also recommended. Satffs are very kind and friendly. But the wifi signal in the room was poor.

Non si può assolutamente raccomandare questo posto abbastanza alto. È un po' più in fondo al mare, ma si è bloccato dal rumore mentre era ancora sul mare. La stanza era immacolata e spaziale, pulita ogni giorno e (incredibilemente) senza mosquito. Il ristorante offre cibo fantastico a un prezzo molto alto e l'intero luogo ha una famiglia viva.E questo è il punto che io apprezzo molto sul luogo. Io ero solo in viaggio durante la vacanza di Natale e le signore che gestiscono l'hotel erano così benvenute e amichevole.Mi hanno offerto di unirmi alla loro cena di Natale e hanno tenuto colazione aperta per me 15-20 minuti di ritardo per poter catturare il 9am immersione e ancora Mangia quando sono tornato. Erano tutti così carini, non mi sentiva come se fossi sola durante la festa. Se avessi mai visitato PG di nuovo, resterò al 100% fuori dal blu. Grazie per avermi rasato e per tutte le risate. Чудесное место для остановки. У нас было уютное, просторное бунгало с небольшой терассой. Не хватало только холодильника, но это никак не повлияло на общее впечатление. Мы приехали около 2х часов ночи, нас дождались и заселили, несмотря на то, что заселение до 22.30. Ухоженная, территория, потрясающий сад растений. В отеле есть спа, неплохой массаж. Удобное месторасположение - чуть в стороне от суеты, есть свой пляж. Рядом отели без пляжа с мощёной набережной. Дайвинг брали в другом месте, так как в отеле все было забронировано. У нас был но ер без завтраков. Его можно взять и оплатить на месте. Мы завтракали в разных местах, все в пешей 5-ти минутной доступности. В поисках ужина обошли несколько мест, в итоге оказалось, что в этом отеле самая вкусная еда. Повару отдельное спасибо!

We as permanent senior citizens from Sta.Rosa ,Laguna come to Matabunkay for almost 30 Years . Well this was the last time in Coral Beach! First: the bill of drinks doublet miraculously .My intervention and complain was noticed , We received a new one without the included refund. They thought they can keep the money, because I overtip mostly with 10% .And also no sorry for error! I claimed for refund and asked for at least an apology. Well this happened later numerous times from other employees! Bye the way we expats are often taken as walking ATM machines here . This about the so calld Filipino hospitality. 2. About 11pm I woke up from loud voices with laughing etc. out from the pool. I told them to shut up because I want to sleep .The probably Chinese guy with bacla friends aprouched me agressivly with intention to beat me up. I'm76 year old , with cancer and quite week. I gave up.....and went back to our room .They continued to swim until about 1am! 3.Barely sleeping we left the resort without breakfast around 6'30 Still confused and angry we forgot Phone fast charger and 3m extension Cable. But do you think we got noticed from the staff there ? They have our calling Nr and address.No ! Find out now if you want to go there ! I don't recommend it anymore . My previous reviews always are 5 Star. Now they get 3 !
