Hotel in zona Masjid Al Hidayah Perum Kopkar PLN - Batam Center, Batam

Questa sera è la nostra ultima notte qui a Eska. Va bene. Acciaio, asciugacapelli spesso (alcune di hotel hanno asciugacapelli molto sottili), asciugacapelli. A/C funzionava bene. Mini frigo era ok. Non cosi' freddo. Nessun odore funky nella stanza e nella camera da bagno, pulito. Lobby è pulito. La squadra di manutenzione era grande.Anche il piatto di colazione era buono. Il letto non era cattivo ($40+, sì). Solo i piatti tu. Io trovo abbastanza abitabile. Haha. E il Kepri Mall è permanentemente chiuso. Quindi, il suo piccolo silenzio. Suggerisco di ottenere una carta prepagata per i dati* ottenere una Gb più grande, se ti piace guardare Netflix o video*. Solo in attesa. Ehi! Siamo arrivati venerdì pomeriggio, connessione Wifi, TV era tutto a posto. Ma quando siamo tornati quella notte prolly circa 10pm ish. non c'è connessione Wifi fino al prossimo mng. Ma ora, 12.38am, Sat notte. Wifi era buono. Idk sia la connessione o cosa. Ho appena usato i miei dati ieri 😅 per navigare su Internet. Non abbiamo provato il bagno qui, perché avevamo il nostro normale massaggio altrove. E c'è un ristorante al tetto. Molto bello. Ma non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di sedersi lì, come la pioggia. Sì. In generale, vale la pena di stare. Solo la cosa Wifi.

We stayed as a family of 3 for 2 nights. The room was clean and neat. Check in was fast and hassle free. The staff were helpful and friendly. Location of the villa is good, walking distance to nearby seafood restaurant. Distance to shopping malls is not too far too as you can easily get a Gojek there. It is around 6km to BCS mall and A2 food court. One down side I feel was the lack of variety for the breakfast, it would be good if there is buffet spread. The music from the neighbouring cafe/pub was pretty loud till which could disturb guests who may be there to chill n relax. It didn't bother me very much probably I was tired out so slept pretty well. Overall a pleasant experience staying in this resort. Highly recommended for couples who wish to have a romantic getaway.

We enjoyed our stay there. Clean environment, friendly staff, great spread of breakfast and delicious food. All the staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable when we ask for directions and places to go. Free transport provided at 11am n 5pm to any mall we wanna go. Free jamu during breakfast. Price at cafe also affordable. Will sure book Aston again.

Breakfast spread not the most variety but acceptable Walking distance to Batam City Square, Grand Batam Mall and Itsumo Tart; but recommend to take grab at night for safety as the surrounding areas are quite dark Room wise smelled a little funky but toilet was very clean and nice Will stay again if visit Batam

Highlight of the hotel is its buffet breakfast which has a great selection in a comfortable setting. The room is clean has everything needed, bed is comfortable. We stayed at 506, a smaller room that’s street facing. Size of the room is fine for an overnight stay. The main challenge we had is noise. Music from the street went past 11pm and the next morning before 6am there is another loud speaker with dance music outside - this went on to about 7.30am. Not sure if this is a regular event though. Location of the hotel has an interesting selection of food stalls/shops. The nearby Nagoya Hill mall isn’t very accessible on foot as roads aren’ designed for pedestrian and pavements have some missing covers for man hole (not fault of this hotel - just that it may be safer to by taxi).

Amore dell'hotel. E 'pulito e confortevole. Grandi posti per trascorrere il vostro soggiorno. Salute a tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel. Sono amichevoli e gentili. Ci siamo divertiti la nostra permanenza lì, soprattutto la piscina. Il buffet è anche buono, spero possa aggiungere pancake o waffle al menu. ☺️ La posizione è strategicamente nel centro di negozi e negozi. A lot of food choices to try around, strongly recommended to try the A2 food court for a night food trip. Since it’s near Grand Batam mall, la tardi la sera del film è anche una perfetta opzione per finire il vostro giorno. Anche il massaggio e il bagno delle unghie sono intorno se si desidera disturbare e rilassarsi. Certamente prenoteremo questo hotel di nuovo ogni volta che visitiamo Batam. 🫶

Resta per 4D3N in Junior Suite Room. Prenota in anticipo 3 settimane per il tipo di suite junior. Richiesta per alta pianta, abbastanza camera. Contatta l'hotel via WhatsApp prima di arrivare a controllare lo stato di prenotazione della stanza n.Stay Era ok e il personale qui sono i migliori da FD,HK,Security e F&B Cons: -Req Junior Suite Type room On High Floor, Ma solo detto durante c/in camera è al livello 3 e lo stesso tipo di camera al livello 8 è fumatore piano.Dovrebbe informare prima -Nessuna carta d'accesso richiede per l'ascensore accesso alla stanza degli ospiti. -La colazione non si diffonde molto,(hotel standard 3 stelle) -La stanza al livello 3 è costruito sul retro. -Alcuni mobili erano buoni, date, ma ben mantenuti. -Il divertimento,giochi e Internet è chiuso, nessun PC può usare, nessun gioco console come annunciato. -Lobby caldo, non sai perché gli piace il lobby caldo.Alcuni ospiti vengono da passeggiate fuori sudorando e inconfortabile a causa del lobby caldo. -Come hotel boutique 3 stelle, non ci sono piscina, ma c’è un spa situato al terzo piano. Pro: -Buon personale professionale. -Buona AC in camera, molto fredda.i come -spazio spazioso (jr suite room) -Buona squadra di manutenzione,amo quando tornano all'hotel e usciamo stanza è pulita n tedi. -Anche il pranzo è solo buono, il personale ci diverti molto bene. -vicina al centro commerciale Nagoya (distanza passeggiata) - oltre al negozio di comodità - davanti a Rumah Makan Sederhana e Momo Caffè House. -ci sono 1 piccolo caffè sopra l'indomare oltre all'hotel -online taxi può prendere/tipo qui.

one of the best hotel i have been to in batam. Its so convenient for my family who preferred to stay near bcs mall, grand batam and also penuin market. penuin market is super near less than 50 steps and grand batam probably takes ard 5 mins. i would give 4.9 stars but 0.1 star less because i stayed at level 7 and its abit noisy from the rooftop at night, some party music but we kinda tired so we dont really bother by it. The hotel is super clean and toilet is perfect nice clean. Breakfast are good enough, simple and full filling. All the staff are super nice and treat us well especially the lobby staff and the driver who fetch and send us to ferry terminal. Definitely gonna stay here again when we come to batam. would recommend families as its so convenient and safe! also there’s a mart just infront of the hotel very convenient.

Stayed between 12 - 14 Dec 2022. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are 2 Circle K across the hotel and the stretch of seaside restaurants (Wey Wey, Alco) is about 2 mins away. Nearest supermarket, Go Go Supermart is located approximately 5 mins walk away from the hotel, located beside Swiss-Bell Hotel and underneath the defunct Harbour Bay Mall. Hotel's Front Desk is friendly and able to communicate in English. I was asked to consider upgrading my room at a special price (~S$9) as the room I booked was small. I agreed since the offer was much larger and came with a balcony. Regrettably, my room was only ready at about 3.30pm, 30mins after the check-in time at 3pm. My Room (207) is in a slightly run down condition with uneven floor tiles, cracks and paint peeling on the walls, water ponding at the toilet drain outlet next to the toilet bowl. The cleanliness is bad too with stains on the covers of the bed, pillows, blanket. The furniture surfaces in the room and balcony were dusty. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but the hot water only lasted for about 5 mins. Bath towels were unavailable during check in and only available at 4pm according to Housekeeping. I left for dinner at around 5pm and the towels weren't delivered yet. Thankfully, they were there when I came back. The view on my balcony was partially obstructed by the hotel's signboard as it is located directly above the hotel's arrival lobby. The corridor was dark most of the time with only lights at both ends. During my stay, I've only encountered the lights for the whole corridor switched around 7pm only on one evening. Breakfast is provided Sweet Corner Restaurant at Level 1 of the hotel between 7am to 11am. The food was simple with options of rice, noodles, porridge, white bread with condiments. Style of the staples and complimenting dishes varies daily. Eggs can be ordered from the staff. Choices available were Sunny Side Up, Soft Boiled, Omelette. The options for beverages were tea, coffee, and orange juice made from highly watered down concentrated syrup. I also have 2 of my lunches there; once while waiting for check-in and once before check-out. Staff were not eager to serve though but still gets your order right. Waiting time for my lunch to be served was about 10 mins. Located at Level 1 is also Alamanda Spa & Massage, which offers various types of massages and spa treatments. They have a beautiful section on the rooftop of the hotel but it could be only used for the higher tiered packages as I was always led to the rooms at Level 1 twice for my Tradition Full Body and Totok Wajah massages. Grab can pick up at the hotel. Please note that Grab are not able to pick up passengers at the Ferry Terminal and some Hotels and Shopping Malls. You might have to walk a distance away from these locations to board. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Batam City Square Mall (BCM) have dedicated Grab Points at the Pintu Timur (East Entrance)

Rifai and septian is so awesome, they acknowledge every single small things i need.. they are friendly they took care of us.. we really appreciate them so much. They even buy me medicine for my tummy ache.. they really have a good leadership,hopefull every staff will follow their example. They are a role model. They deserve a promotion
