Hotel a Batam Kota, Panas River

All was good except for the breakfast buffet ..was cold even when it was open at 7am. Also, they forgot to charge me for something we had in room service and ask me to pay just when I got bk to Ainpore6. How am I going to pay? I told ten.tp deduct from my credit card, but they said it is not possible. Im surprised that they didn't check properly before I left the hotel.

Great place, quiet, excellent staff, friendly black cat too🐈⬛️ The place has no lift, but everything was accessible. They have a good terrace and a rooftop. Can smoke as well and bring your takeaway food to eat, with tables and chairs & enjoy your meal under the calm 🌃🌇🌙 🌟 🤩 The address is a little confusing when you book Grab, indicate the hotel name to be sure and you will see it by the roadside...

First and foremost. The location is very convenient. The Environment was super clean and cosy. The staff are very professional / friendly / polite and helpful. The management gave me a birthday surprise after my breakfast and served with a birthday cake. (See photos) The staff sang birthday songs in the restaurant. It's awesome and gladly appreciated. Thanks to management and staff . Tumps up for the management and staffs . Will definitely recommend my friend to this hotel and of course will use Trip.com for their next traveling plan.

La posizione è grande, ma la pulizia dell'appartamento potrebbe essere migliore. Ci sono molte polveri e era sporco sotto il letto matrimoniale, che era leggermente valutato e potrebbe essere stato pulito facilmente. Mia moglie deve sbattere il pavimento quando ci accingiamo per la prima volta. Le piastrelle potrebbero essere più ferme.Il secchio è stato sconvolto quando usato spesso, ma era una piccola questione, perché siamo fuori casa molto. L'ospite è molto responsabile e consegnare acqua e carta igienica ogni giorno quando lo chiediamo.Wifi era stabile. L'appartamento era semplice ma buono per una corta distanza per le famiglie con bambini.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel recently. The buffet breakfast was one of the highlights – it offered a wide variety of selections to suit different tastes and made for a great start to the day. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of the stay. The location is also excellent, being just next to the jetty, which made traveling and exploring the area extremely convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would gladly stay here again. Look at the photo attached from the view out from the hotel! Nice place!

La proprietà è abbastanza buona. Pro: (1) grande posizione (2) AC funziona bene (3) buona vista (4) comode cuscini e bianchetti Cons: (1) alcune parti di proprietà hanno bisogno di riparazione (2) auto check-in senza istruzioni date tramite app, messaggio o email (3) solo 1 carta di accesso

L'appartamento è situato nel centro della città. Oltre al porto internazionale di traghetto, quindi se si vuole attraversare a sg o a me, questa è la scelta giusta.
