The hotel require more improvement - checkin & checkout duration - bellboy service not available sometimes

Good value for the buck. Walking distance to the chain of restaurants across the street (just be careful how to cross the 5 lane per direction road!) , where u will find MacDonalds, Burger King (tiny burgers), Starbucks, HokBen , etc. (caption of picture : night view of the hotel walking toward the restaurants across the street)

We booked this hotel because 1) Our regular hotel was sold out due to Deepavali long weekends. 2) The hotel is located in the centre of Batam. Terrible experience 1) My family and I couldn't sleep well as the hotel was just beside the road and always woke up by the traffic noise. 2) Breakfast was horrible 3) The check in agent lady was friendly but the check out agent lady was very robotic and no customer service at all. Surprisingly they don't have name tags on their uniforms.

Very good hotel , i and my friends enjoyed to stay, and the room hotel was very clean ,all staff are friendly, excellent hotel service, enjoy much, 👌

새로 진 건물이라 깨끗하고 좋으나 위치가 애매한곳에 있습니다. 건물이 5층 짜리고 도로 소음이 있어요. 민감하신 분은 참고 하세요.
