A property which you can experience of. It’s an Indo Portuguese old house restored. Nice and clean swimming pool. Room are nicely decorated you can feel relax and calmness. On top of this food is very delicious, staff serves with smiles which add on an extra layer of sweetness. If you want to experience the property where you can relax and feel away from city life this is a perfect place for you.

Lovely Place and Great architecture. Beautifully restored by Lamrin Hotels recently. What a place and service. They provide butler service and you can order breakfast anytime. The project is very thoughtfully done to meet requirement of today's traveller. Very close to MOPA Airport Assgaon eateries and Moira. Look forward to visit them next in Lamrin Morjim which they will be starting soon

Services: Even from the time we arrived, the people were warm and kind towards us. Helpings and housekeepers like Salma ensured that each and every minute detail was taken care of. 24-hour room service, airport transfer, and private dining setups were way above expectations. Food: Food was a treat—particularly the fresh Goan fish curry. Breakfast was served thoughtfully in our garden with love and presentation. The private candlelit dinner setup was extremely romantic. Rooms: Splendidly renovated to recreate Indo‑Portuguese chic, our room was both retro and supremely cosy. Spotless, serene, with basic tea‑coffee stuff, hairdryer, and plush towels. Peace & Ambience: If tranquillity is what you seek, look no further. Serene gardens, tiny pool, heritage ambiance—all work towards a very relaxing experience. Ideal to unwind and recharge. Stayed at Lamrin Ucassaim Goa recently, and I honestly didn’t expect to love it as much as I did. The place has this quiet, old-school charm—think restored Portuguese villa, lots of wood and open spaces, tucked away in a peaceful little village. It’s not your typical Goan hotel, and that’s what makes it special. The rooms were clean, comfy, and full of character—not fancy, but warm and thoughtfully done. The staff were amazing—genuinely kind, helpful, and always around when you need something, without being overbearing. Special shoutout to Laxmi and the rest of the team for being awesome throughout. Food was simple and tasty, like something you’d have at home. Nothing over the top, but that’s what made it nice. Breakfast, especially, was something I looked forward to. It’s a little away from the hustle of the beaches, which actually worked in my favour. You can easily drive down to Baga or Morjim if you want, but it’s nice to come back to this peaceful vibe after a day out. If you're looking for a break that’s calm, soulful, and a bit off the beaten path, this place delivers. Definitely planning to come back.

Location,Ambiance, hospitality is excellent. It’s located in a beautiful village. Heritage Portuguese villa, modified with basic modern amenities..very specious..No noise around. We happen to meet the founder/ owner Shri Bhushan also. Very warm person. All the staff ( Lakshmi, Salma & especially Bhagirath are very professional n friendly.. ) Food is prepared with lots of care & very delicious. They serve fresh fruits n watermelon juice was really real🥰 Chef’s culinary skills are amazing. There r no stringent check-in/ Check out times if further bookings aren’t there. Worth visiting..& enjoying the experience of staying in a heritage villa.
